  • Works well
This thing works well. Bought to make navigating my travel trailer into the garage easier. Delivery was quick and setup was easy. Just needed to add 60psi of air to tires per instructions. Pushed my 7500ish lb trailer (6800 lbs empty with stuff in it) up a slight incline effortlessly. Tends to roll back a few inches before trailer brakes engage but overall this appears to be a wonderful investment. ... show more

  • This is a very well-built heavy-duty piece of equipment.
I was very excited to receive this electric trailer dolly. I have several trailers and RV's and thought that this would be a great help in moving these trailers and RVs. Unfortunately to my surprise this product was delivered with a damaged handlebar and the box was very badly damaged and there was no instruction manual. It is not only very heavy and bulky, but it will not work on slopes, inclines, grass or loose gravel. It could only move my smaller trailers, but it could not even move my 4000lbs trailer, the wheels would spin and then lockup and tilted backward and forward. It is rated to move 7500lbs. It also has a battery charging problem, it does not charge fully only shows "28.5" and will only work for a few minutes and then the battery will go dead (possible was delivered with a damage or bad battery). It also cannot move my light trailers on to a 1-inch block "I have to physically push my trailer onto the blocks, "WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING OVER $2200.00 FOR A SUPOSED HEAVY DUTY ELECTRIC TRAILER DOLLY, IF I STILL HAVE TO MANUALLY DO THE WORK?" I am very disappointed. This dolly needs many improvements. at this time, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I probably will be returning this dolly. The customer service was very helpful and understanding with the problems I was having when I first received the trailer dolly (Noted Above). After speaking with customer service and them giving me a few tips and instructions as well as shipping me the new handle and battery, the trailer dolly did move my heavy-duty trailer of over 4000 + lbs. It works great on flat dry surfaces. If you are going up a steep slope I would recommend have a second person. You will also possibly need a second person to push the trailer, giving it a nudge if you are going over anything 1 inch or more. For these reasons I am give this dolly a four star. For everything else it's a five star. This is a very well-built heavy-duty piece of equipment. I am happy that I was patient and did not return it. It works great for my needs, and I would definitely now recommend this trailer dolly for anyone that needs a heavy duty well-built electric trailer dolly. ... show more

  • As powerful as described!
I have a 2024 Ranger 622FS Pro with a trailer rating of 7500 pounds and it moves my trailer without any issues! My driveway has an incline and it handles it very well. FYI I have a concrete driveway.

  • Owners Manual/Instructions Extremely Inadequate
No directions IN THE MANUAL on how to: 1) charge the battery. 2) determine if the battery is fully charged. 3) determine what the the variety of numbers and symbols mean on top of the machine. 4) MOST IMPORTANT!! direct you to go into the battery compartment to read additional information. There I found that unless two wires were attached, THE MACHINE WOULD NOT FUNCTION (DO ANYTHING). When I finally got the machine properly wired, I was able to on my own, determine how the charger worked. How can you determine anything, when the machine doesn’t react (DO ANYTHING). In closing, the manual should have directed the user to the battery compartment, for added instructions. Better yet include the instructions (ALL INSTRUCTIONS) in the manual. I’m currently waiting for a response as to what the numbers and symbols on the machine. In the meantime, I’ll make sure my trailer dolly is near an electrical outlet. I know how to get it fully charged, I JUST don’t know when the battery is about to be used up. Hence, be near an outlet. ... show more

  • SuperHandy Electric Trailer Dolly Super-Duty 7500lbs Max
The media could not be loaded. It did what they say. Easy to turn. Package very well. Tested on a 4500gvw trailer. Apron of driveway was a little struggle but easy to get running start. Only complaint the wheels are big and if your lounge jack doesn't go high enough it will suck it into the tire when at 90 degrees be alert when turning. Very pleased all around. ... show more

  • trailer dolly not adequate for unlevel ground & medium size boats
trailer Dolly not adequate for any kind of an incline such as a normal driveway with a slope and a medium size boat. The fact that there's no break on the dolly makes any kind of a slope at all a complicated and likely a 2 person job.. You need two people to block the tire before it starts rolling in an unwanted direction. ... show more

  • SuperHandy Electric Trailer Dolly update
After using this unit several time in the last month I think it's even better than ever. I'd add another star if it was possible. I REALLY LOVE this trailer dolly. I LOVE this dolly! 110%. It's powerful, sure-footed and stable. Reasonable price too. No tipping, rocking or instability at all. Applies trailer brakes when you stop. No complicated mechanism to hook up. Raise the trailer, drive the dolly under the hitch socket, let the trailer down and latch it, tow away. SOLID HEAVY DUTY construction. Very easy adjustment and simple assembly. I previously owned a TxxX brand dolly that I HATED. This one is the ONLY one to buy. ... show more

  • Great product and very robust!
The media could not be loaded. It was a great purchase altogether. It’s a really good product and it’s very stable. The package was put together and made it in one piece upon delivery .you will not go wrong with this purchase. Overall built quality is top-notch. I would give it five stars but the ball hitch does not go low enough hence the four stars. ... show more
