Wow! We are thrilled with this set! I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, so I wasn’t expecting great quality. We are very impressed with this set. I like it so much, that I’ve purposely looked for this brand for other things. Positives: -you can’t beat this price!!! Trust me, I shopped around. -looks great! We have it sitting on a 5 x 7 rug in the photo. -there is Velcro on the bottom of the cushions and on the chairs, so cushions don’t slide off -the back cushions are tight enough that they hold each other up and don’t slide off or blow off -it comes with cushions for the sides not just the back. A lot of cheaper sets don’t. -the cushions are decent thickness, considering the price point. They are thicker than a set we spent twice as much on a few years ago -it feels sturdy when sitting on it (again, sturdier than the more expensive set we bought a few years ago) -it’s a good size - I’m 5’9 and I can lay down on the couch part. -it was packaged really well, in just two easy-to-manage knee-height boxes. The cushions were tucked into all of the furniture pieces and also protected the glass top. -I’ve seen this set advertised by several vendors, but Patiorama sends this set with great instructions in actual English. Assembly: You do have to assemble the set. Each piece has one partially assembled side and then you are building the rest of the square. It’s easy, but time-consuming. They include great instructions and the hex screwdrivers needed. Negatives: -the “feet” on each piece are plastic - they don’t look like they will last long. -with the feet, the furniture is not flush to the ground on all sides, so some pieces wobble. It’s like when a table at a restaurant wobbles. I don’t know how to say this better. It doesn’t affect the usefulness and you can’t tell when sitting on it, but it could drive someone building it nuts. I almost wonder if the feet are worth it, but I suppose they keep the furniture off the ground, causing it to last longer. -I was hoping the table was just another square like the ottoman, that could be used for putting your feet up when desired, but it’s not. Under the glass, the square is open. (See pic) -I don’t like the brown glass at all, but that’s just personal preference. -The glass was undamaged when we received it but we somehow managed to nick a corner of it by the time we were done building the furniture. If you live with a unicorn (husband) like I do, sigh... -The cushions don’t move around when the couch is empty, but when you are on the couch and trying to use the arm cushions as a pillow, they are very slippery. -You can’t flip the bottom cushions if they get dirty because of the Velcro on one side. In sum, I would totally buy this set again!!!! I couldn’t be happier based on my initial expectations. ... show more

First I would to give a shout out to customer service. I asked many questions and they always got back to me quickly. After I purchased, before the entire set got delivered the price dropped. I contacted customer service. They honored the new price and added a little for shipping (bc that had changed to a little higher). I didn’t have to fight for the refund, they just gave it to me so kudos for customer service. The product did come two different days but a little earlier than expected. Putting together wasn’t hard but damn it was tedious! My fingers were killing me bc I was the one to twist the screw in using the tool. Set seems solid. I wish there was some kind of support bar that went through the middle so we can sit on it without cushions (not for long term just for a few seconds when needing a break from yard work but don’t have the cushions out). I’m afraid if I sit on it I will go right through. We didn’t put the connectors on the bottom but it hasn’t moved at all as of yet, we kept them just in case. The pillows being velcroed is good but if they get dirty we are screwed. I see what people are Saying about the back cushions. It’s a slippery material so they do slide but not enough to bother me. When they are all on the couch they fit sung enough. I DO wish they had other colors. I see a pinkish hue to the cushions and I KNOW they will get filthy quickly. Next time I’m looking for a blue color, but that’s personal preference. Couch is comfy and a nice size. It doesn’t look like a “kid” set which i read very often when looking at other sets. A little longer would have been PERFECT! All in all we got this set for under $400 (w/o shipping) so in the end we are very happy with it! ... show more

Cushions are nice and thick, and I loved the color. The pieces come (mostly) assembled and the directions are very clear and easy to decipher. . The cushions are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly on our patio. I loved the off white color! The cushions have Velcro on the bottom which is an awesome addition! There were a few issues that we noticed when unpacking the boxes, but the company's customer responded immediately and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. I would feel comfortable recommending this set to a friend and I am looking for this brand for my future purchase. ... show more

I am so happy with this purchase, it is perfect for my patio size. I ordered two ottomans to complete my set up just because I wanted the extra seating without the the bulk of extra chairs. I was missing one of the backrest cushions but the seller was fast to get a replacement one out for me. It takes some time to assemble; however it's worth the savings. If you think on buying a preassembled set you will pay a hefty buck for it. Just relax have a drink and make it an afternoon project! Parts were labelled with pretty clear instructions - although I did most of it without looking at the instructions, once I matched up the parts for each section. Took about an hour and it only consisted of screwing in the provided bolts with the included Allen wrench. (Put them in loosely at first as you might have to flex the pieces a bit to get all the bolt holes to line up properly. One of the plastic clips that holds the pieces together broke but the manufacturer responded promptly to the email and shipped out a replacement. The cushions are thick and just soft enough to be quite comfortable. The coffee table is quite large too. Definitely enjoying my apartment balcony much more now! ... show more
