For the price you can’t complain. It looks great. It’s not difficult to assemble just takes a little bit. The cushions are nice, thick and have zippered covers. I advise you cover this furniture. The cushions take forever to dry out if rained on. I wish a cover had been optional. Seller worked well with me. I wish sellers would NOT use fed ex. They always lose something. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It came as 3 large boxes, 1 was really heavy. The boxes were cracked and barely hanging in there but the item arrived in good condition. Most items and parts labeled but last 2 lost the sticker. Good thing we had assembled everything else. If you want to make your life easy, you must use socket wrench set like other reviewers stated. As seen in the video, I also used the tools they gave to keep the nut in place. Don't tighten until all screws are set in place on each piece of furniture. We really like it and are happy with our purchase. (I'll add the other photos later.) ... show more

This is a great product for the price and it was shipped even quicker than promised. Unfortunately, my shipment was missing one of the bags of screws, but the seller quickly shipped a replacement bag right after I contacted them. No complaints here

The set is very nice but if you are using the tools that come with the set be prepared to spend a few hours putting this together. I used other tools to speed up the process but it still took about 2 hours to assemble it all. Very well made and durable but lightweight. Ordered this set a few days ago. Arrived in 3 separate shipments. Shipping was FAST. Product was to be delivered between July 7th-17th. Recieved the last two boxes today! Fairly easy to assemble, if you have ever assembled furniture before. All screw holes lined up perfectly. Do not tighten as you go. Wait until all screws are in place. It took me (120lbs female) approximately 2hrs to assemble, broken up over a couple days. Product seems sturdy. Cushions are thicker that I thought they would be. Comfy. Clips do come with sectional. This sectional had no reviews when I purchased it, so I didn't have the highest expectations. I am extremely satisfied with this set! Perfect if you need alot of seats for alot of butts (4 kiddos) and do not have a $1200-$1600 budget for patio furniture!! We will see how this set holds up. I will be buying velcro to keep back cushions from sliding, but had planned on doing so anyway. ... show more
