Ok I wanted to wait a few weeks before I gave an honest opinion. We’ll, I love love love this little machine! It’s nearly silent, easy to use but gets that heart rate up there. Finally an exercise I truly enjoy and do not dread. I can tell I’ve lost inches already! I can’t believe it’s down to $79 bucks now, I paid 89 for mine and was happy. It was simple to put together, very compact and easy to move around. I’m only 4’11” so the stride is more than enough for me. The little timer / step counter works great, just push & hold to clear for your next session. TIP I did not use the support bar it just gets in the way. If you lean forward a little you’ll feel more in the back of your legs & butt. Do a slight bend in your knees and a slight lean back and WOW you can feel it in your Abs! I can’t say enough about this mighty little glider. Thanks Sunny Health for helping me get back into to exercising again! ... show more

I am in late 50s, average weight, not athletic, but in a good shape, and not fond of gyms, workout, and sweat. But I am used to a lot of walking, taking public transportation, and standing in class. That made me move up to 7 hours a day. With Covid, things changed: online teaching, lots of seating, working on the computer, etc. In the summer, I walk little outdoors due to very low tolerance to heat and humidity. This summarizes my need for this machine. Thanks to all the reviews, I bought it. It took 10 min to screw all the bolts on, and it was ready to work. I first used, but quickly removed, the press holder, for more movement. The elliptical is sturdy, makes no noise (I keep it on a yoga mat). is compact, and relatively easy to move around as needed, or fold and put away. It is ergonomic. I feel good tension in many areas when I walk on it: upper arms, legs, knees, buttocks, feet, toes, torso, neck. I invented several types of movement and have fun with them: skiing (with elevating the heel while on the pedals, and bending knees), torso twist walking (I turn left and right while "walking"), "Pinoccio" walk (leaning back on the air and using the straight leg posture, pulling back on the arm handles), and some others :) I also use various speeds of walking. This machine gives me as much walking as I desire during those days when I have to stay home due to heat and work a lot online. Each day I feel more toning in all the muscles that are engaged in this walking. The fact that it has no expensive resistance device in it doesn't bother me at all, because this thing can make you sweat and workout a lot, if that is what you want. I am enjoying this elliptical, especially using the training videos that are on the Sunny Health app. It is solidly built and fairly easy to assemble. I like the built in cell phone holder. I think this is a good started machine - good value, not too heavy, and it folds. Couple of down points - while most of the machine is well made, the handles are loose (they have to be attached to the machine). When I attached them per the instructions, there was a lot of wiggling there, which made noise and took away from the smooth motion when using the machine. I had to add some cardboard spacers to get a better fit. The instructions were pretty good, but I would have liked the pieces to be better labeled. The diagram showing where the safety pins were was too small for me. And the holes for the safety pin in the legs when extended did not line up well. They did a good job overall, and I am happy with this purchase, but there are these few things which kept me from giving it 5 stars. ... show more

    • A great little machine we're getting a lot of use from

I love this little thing. I got it for myself as a present, and my husband, who has some mobility issues and is at the weight limit for it, started using it too. It took me a couple of hours to put together with a minimum of cussing and frustration, and it's super quiet so I can listen to an audio book, music, or watch TV while I exercise. It has got a small enough footprint to store next to the couch in my office when I'm not using it, and when I put a yoga mat under it for "grippiness" it doesn't travel (a carpet would do the same but we have wood floors). I have some exercise intolerance so I started very slowly and am now up to a bit over 10 minutes a day. My husband has some serious knee and shoulder pain as well as an inner ear problem and after a couple of days of only being able to do a few steps because of dizziness, was able to figure out how to balance on it and is now up to 25 minutes a day. I'll be getting to that point myself shortly. I'm 5'4" and he's 6'1" and both of us can use it relatively easily. It rocks a bit when he gets going I think because he's at both the weight and height limit for it. If you are someone who fits within the parameters of what this was designed for, it's an excellent home exercise machine. ... show more
