I looked at a lot of options before picking this elliptical. It comes in a pretty small box but it is SUPER HEAVY I was able to assemble this by myself, but it was SO HARD TO ASSEMBLE. I'm sure it would be much easier if you had two people to assemble it. I took off one star because of how difficult it was for me to assemble it. I think it took about 5 hours. But I was able to do it. It also took about an hour to get it out of the box and throw away all of the styrofoam. But the elliptical is actually very sturdy and I like it alot. It is really good quality and it has a water bottle holder and everything functions exactly the way that it should. I am a very athletic male and I am 5'10, The resistance is perfect for me. Right now I use it on setting 14, and it can go up to 16 resistance. I think that it is perfect and I don't see myself really ever using level 16 because it will be too high for me. I don't believe what the other people say about the resistance being too week, it is actually quite strong resistance. I am pleased with the purchase. Oh, it doesn't make any noise, but I greased everything like crazy AND applied WD40 to everything theres so much grease on this elliptical, but it is SILENT. I love it and honestly I think it's better than the gym ones. Never going back to the gym lol, i'm doing all my workouts from home now :) Super please with this purchase. YAY AMAZON! This would've been a 5 star purchase if I had someone to help me assemble it, but like I said, SHES HARD TO ASSEMBLE. Update: It as few months later. I still love it. Get this one ... show more

    • Excellent machine -only the noise bugs me
The media could not be loaded. I've long been wishing for an elliptical training machine since everytime I go to the gym , this kind of machine is the only most effective one I use to help me build my leg/thigh muscles, and reduce the pain in my knees. Since the outbreak of Covic-19, I cannot go tho the gym any more. Therefore, the need of having one such machine at home seems reasonably urgent. After browsing on line for more than a week, I finally decided on this Sunny elliptical trainer machine. pros. 1. This machine is very sturdy and well built. Every part of it is of good quality material. 2. The LCD display is clear with more than enough information. 3. It runs very smooth and quiet. Most of the time I use this machine without turning on the LCD. It runs with perfect strength just on my body weight. 4. To me, its stylish looking with a red wheel is very pleasing. 5. Ever since I bought this machine, my husband and I can use it anytime, at our convenience. It is THE best machine to help built my leg muscles and reduce the pain in my knees. It's like we've brought home the gym! 6. Price wise, this machine is of medium-high range. My true satisfaction of it came only after it was assmbled and tried by us. We have bought and used this machine for about a month. So far there has been no problems at all, but enjoyment, and more enjoymet! 7. The delivery was unexpectedly fast, arriving 4 days even before the scheduled date. The assmbly was not difficult. Just follow the directions carefully. Con: The only minor issue I've had so far is that when I peddle on it, the right one makes a little clicking noise. My hubby tightened the screw, the noise was gone for a while. It came back later but disappeared by itself. All in all, I've reccomended this machine to many of my friends. Two of them are buying it. I am totally pleased with this great machine! PS. The following is written on 05-19-2020: Having used this machine about 20 minutes a day for about two months , I changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars, due to the noise that we couldn't get rid of.     • solid &whisper quiet
i assembled my elliptical today , took me 2 hrs by myself, looks worse than it is. i am very impressed with how solid it is and this thing literally makes no noise @ all. i have previously owned a pro-form and i did like the space saving flip up rear fly-wheel, but it creaked and swayed, and clicked and it was heavy, the so called fan sucked, my dog could pant in my face better than these built in fans. it was the older version from today 's newer model , which looks like a beast to stand up on end for space saving and 2x the price + #50lbs heavier, so i took a chance with sunny and a front fly-wheel and it doesn't fold up, and i think i made the right choice ( so far)... there are no bells & whistles ( for me all the better), a simple program to follow not to complicated as i have read about the new pro-form, no built-in fan, good i have a small clip on desk fan i will use.i really like the roller blade style wheels for the glide bars and also the two wheels to roll and move it, the 1st i have seen that style wheel on an elliptical, it's usually some bow-tie shaped roller from plastic that isn't very smooth and or quiet granted i have only used it for one program and it is in my garage, so a very flat hard surface. as of day one PRO's: super quiet solid & stable smooth glide with roller blade style wheels on glide bar simple programs good arm motion and a pretty good leg stride lighter than pro-from model i was looking @. has a place to put your tablet and a h2o bottle holder. CONS: well none so far for me so far but if you like blue tooth and wireless connections etc. this isn't for you no incline adjustment doesn't fold up (not a space saver) i will up date as i use it more to give a more accurate review but i am initially impressed with the quality and smooth quiet operation ... show more
