Nicely wound filament with a reusable spool. No issue printing in MK4s, I did dry for 6 hours before using as I do with all new spools. Will look to buy Sunlu again...and as an update I now have 6 or 7 different spools mostly PLA, PLA+, and one PETG. All work well.

    • Consistency of pigmentation is mixed

There are some minor issues with consistency of the filament which results in uneven pigmentation of the print, but aside from that filament works well even though it was supposed to arrive in the morning but didn't arrive until nearly midnight.

This is the filament I recommend and use my self. I’m on my 30th spool of SunLu and I’ve yet to have a single issue with this filament. Quality is great, spool of filament it self is great. The reusable spool is one of my favorites to use. I prefer it over Bambu labs. Half the price same quality, you just don’t get the RFID tag. I’ve even tried the “better” filaments that cost 2x as much that are supposed to be the gold standards reddit and YouTubers and they print no better. Just cost twice as much. This should be your main filament. It goes on sale often which is also great! ... show more

So, I just got into 3D printing several months ago and recently upgraded to a Bambu lab a1 mini with the AMS multicolor system. 7/10 prints with AMS Lite works with an *. I've tried to get it to 10/10 successful prints with printer setting and Maintenace, but no matter what I do I can't get successful prints after 10-15hrs of actual print time. It's always forcing me to recalibrate my printer after that many print hours. Granted this is the 1st brand of PLA I've used with the AMS system so maybe user error. but Elegoo PLA works fine 10/10 times. not sure what the difference is. when it works with my specific printer it's a great result. If I was only doing 1 color most of the I'd buy it again, but sadly that's rare case (now I have the ams) I don't think I will buy again. 4/5 STARS for me just cause of the 1 issue stated, but also when it works most of the time it does produce a great end result! Lastly with these new dark blue spools from Sunlu, they fit on the Bambu AMS lite with no adaptor and perfect fit! I wasn't sure so I printed adaptors off printables.com ahead of time and should have waited but didn't find a review stating this. Hope this helps! ... show more
