So far so good. We have had several fires and have been enjoying every one of them. I like that I can put larger logs in it, the smoke rises, and the heat is ample. I only wish the handles were a better construction. They don’t line up perfectly. Other than that, great purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I have been wanted to buy a fireplace for our gazebo, but the ones that I liked were 4,000+ . I never thought I could get something this beautiful and good quality for less than 500. It is tall and strong, I was thinking of using vinyl stones to add a more rustic look but It looks great this way, so for now I will keep it this way. The assembly of the middle part was easy but the two sides table not so much, there is a tiny “P” piece that would not fit, but I did my best and just inserted some of the screws, not a big deal. When you assemble those tables do one side first, then the other side, if you don't do it this way it will be hard to attach the last two pieces, take a look at the instructions, the last couple of pages. Be ready to spend at least 3 hours but the end result is worth it. I will test it this weekend and I will try to update this review, if I don't then everything went well. Not thinking of that expensive stone fireplace for now, maybe in a few years. Good luck and don't think about it and buy it before prices go up. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Looks nice but fairly cheap materials. Chimney is not super effective at channeling smoke, so a lot escapes from the fire box too, leaving the area around the fireplace pretty smokey. We'll probably install a fan to help push the smoke out of our sitting area. Good size for smaller areas. ... show more
