We got this a a Christmas gift for my Dad and he absolutely loves it! It has many settings to fine tune the heat which his old one did not. Highly recommend this soft, easy to care for electric blanket. I washed it for him and hung it up to dry thoroughly so he could store it until next season. This is a fabulous electric blanket. It heats quickly and stays on up to 12 hrs. Now I don't have to run a space heater in my bedroom when it's very cold. The blanket does the trick. I've tried so many others over the years, but they were a disappointment. This blanket is amazing.

Nice size for a full blanket. The weight is good and it is soft to the touch. I like the control unit. Easy to use. The cord to the electric is nice and long. The control length could be a little longer, but it will do.

    • Small heating area, not edge to edge like some others.
This blanket works great and is warm, but the heating area isn't close to edge to edge. Even though I have a King Sized bed, I wanted the largest size blanket with one control, si I had to choose Full Sized. It's very disappointing that there is about 18" all around the edges without any heating elements, they are all in the center of the blanket, not edge to edge. Hence there is about 2' on both sides of the bed without heat. Yes, I could have order the larger size, but that means two controls which I didn't want. I wish they had the option of a King with one control, or made the blanket so the whole thing actually heated. If they did, then the Full Sized would be fine. Also, the timer seems to be a bit suspect sometimes. I think I would choose a different blanket if I could go back in time, but it's not so bad that its worth returning. ... show more

This blanket I bought before surgery and the first 3 times I used it, it was fantastic. On max setting it became very very toasty. After those first 3 uses though it just barely gets warm that I don't really use it anymore because its kinda heavy and big for me to deal with for it to barely work anymore. I would have returned it because its overpriced for 3 quality uses, but I had it too long. ... show more
