I was hesitant to buy after reading some of the reviews. I had no problem assembling the unit in about an hour alone. It arrived well packaged and the Amazon driver was gentle with the delivery. No missing parts, no bent parts. It is well engineered, all the holes and screws lined up perfectly and the three top pieces open up to a flat surface with no gaps. Take your time installing the hinges, if you keep the top parts well aligned, the hinge screw holes line up fine, and you have no gap between the top parts. I am not sure if the measurements on the top are perfect, but I am very very happy with this item. No more difficult to assemble than the furniture from that Scandinavian company, you know which one I mean. The unit is fairly sturdy, not meant to rebuild an engine on it, but it is perfectly fine for the intended use. No more hassle cutting fabric or wrapping presents, it will be a comfortable, stand up experience from now on! ... show more

I have been looking for a craft table to cut out fabric/iron etc.. for sewing. Everything was small and didn’t work for me. I came across this table the other day…wow…where has it been all my life. I put it together by myself as soon as it was delivered, was easy to follow directions given. When the table opens up fully it is huge and will give me so much space when working on projects. The baskets underneath are great for holding my iron and tools to cut out fabric. Love that it is on wheels and can easily tuck it away when I am not using. The markings/measurements on the cutting table are over the top. This co has thought of everything. I would definitely recommend the adjustable height option. I am 5”10 so I am thrilled to have a table that is tall enough and works for me. ... show more

It is sturdy and strong. It was easy to assemble and I love that I can adjust the height. The only problem I have with it is there is a place on the top where it looks like it might have been thrown and dented the top and scratched off some of the numbers. I will put some super glue on it to keep it from spreading and I think it will be good. I just hate to spend that much money and it is not in perfect condition as it should be. But, all in all, this is exactly what I expected it to be and I excited to have it! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, functional table. This table is well-designed and has a large cutting surface when opened out. The frame is very stable and I like the drawers for my sewing tools. The box was very heavy when it arrived and it took some time to assemble. Well work it - this is a terrific cutting table.

Once I receive two specialized bolts that were missing, I will upgrade this rating to 5 stars. I assembled the table by myself (82 year old female) but it definitely would be easier with two people. For much of it, I had the frame upside down so as not to be working against gravity. The table is practical, moves around easily and the wheels lock in place. I like the fact there is a bottom shelf and the two baskets for whatever you want to use them for. I do not sew! I am using this for study, dining, and display, in a small space. UPDATE: I received the two plain bolts that were missing. The company elected to send me ALL the parts again for the entire table, including wheels and all I needed were the two small bolts that allow one to hook the table panels into the gate legs when you want the table fully open. The bolts do not look like the picture in the installation pamphlet of a plain bolt but they are the correct bolts for the table. ... show more

    • Great sturdy cutting table
Style: Adjustable Height
This cutting table is well built, good quality, and easy to assemble. The top is solid heavy plastic, not a cheap laminate. Pieces fit together well and the directions are clear. It is very heavy, you may want to open the box and move it in pieces. Be sure to measure the height you want first, then attach the casters to the side legs, measure, and add 1/2" for the top, adjust. I left 5 holes at the bottom of the adjustable bars and this gave me a height of 36.75", perfect for me (I am 5"5" with long legs). You would have to tip the table over on its side to adjust the height after it is put together. I would suggest using an electric screwdriver or other power tool for putting in the 48 screws on the hinges, be careful, they strip easily. Other bolts were easy to attach and tighten with the provided Allen wrench. Be sure the 3 top pieces are aligned properly before attaching the hinges. It took me 2 leisurely hours to put it together, I only needed a little help at the last step when turning it upright. The plastic card holding all the screws and bolts had a typo making it confusing at first to figure out which bolts to use in several cases, but you can figure it out by the number of pieces provided. Two wrenches were provided with 4 different sized openings, only one end was needed, nothing fit the other ends. I had to use my own pliers to tighten the caster nuts. The markings on the table are accurate, I checked with one of my quilting rulers. There would be a slight inaccuracy if measuring across the hinged areas vertically. I found that my hinges did not line up exactly and therefore the lines going across them are not exactly continuous, off by about 1/32". The only negative is that since the support for the leaves is only in the middle, when you press down on the corner area it moves down a little. I would not put anything heavy on it, especially a large sewing machine. I had a cheaper version of this I got at Joann Fab, this one is so much better, although neither one is as sturdy as a four legged table (but those don't fold away as easily of course). ... show more
