The plant arrived smashed, out of its pot, dirt everywhere. But, I tried to put it back together and then watered it well and by the next day it looked ok. I've left it in its pot inside a planter for now thinking to give it take to acclimate before transplanting it. It's stayed dark green, not yellowing, with purple ends on it, and I believe it's going to be just gorgeous as it grows. I gave the order 3 stars rather than 5 because I didn't appreciate the carelessness with how the little plant was packed. Good grief, this is a living thing, and deserving of better care. I probably should give this only 1 star so the seller would pay attention to my review. ... show more

When I first opened the box, saw this teeny weeny cactus hanging by the thread. Bit disappointed but decided to transfer it to a bigger pot and carefully nurture it. After a month or so to my surprise, it is growing healthy and so pretty. Good thing i did not return it. Both plants I ordered arrived, healthy, and good shape, and of course needed some water and light after their long journey across a partially frozen United States. I’m on the East Coast and these shipped from California and they got here in relatively decent time and good shape.
