My spouse got stung by a wasp. She properly used it and it helped relieve the pain. To be sympathetic I kissed her owie as a joke. My lips went numb for a short time. We got a good laugh out of it. I'll order more next summer

It comes in a pack of two and all the good reviews are steering you into the right direction if you decide to purchase. I got a bite on my leg, removed one cylinder and snapped it in half. Snapping it in half released the liquid to the felt tip applicator. After I applied it to the bite, the itch relief occurred in about 30 seconds and has not returned, going on 9 hours now. This is the best stuff I’ve ever bought for mosquito bites. We have the worst mosquitoes ever. They’re called ankle biters. They are very tiny and silent. They are also multi biters. The bites are unbearable but these little vials are a life saver for me.
