I bought this to apply window film because it was recommended by an installer on youtube. I thought it was a good value at first to get so many tools packaged together - just what I needed for the project. However, as we began installing the film, it became apparent that only a couple of items in there were actually worth using: the orange scrapers and and the so so squeegee. I ended up purchasing a second squeegee since two of us were working together. We discovered that this squeegee was far superior than the one in the kit because the edge is actually flat/straight: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XTV4VRX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. The one in the kit seemed to have some bumps so it didn't clean the water off thoroughly. I had thought at least the blade set would be useful but regrettably, it's junk. I could not figure out how to snap the dull blade sections off so ended up using an Exacto. In the end, we made tremendous use of the scrapers and I have a bunch of useless plastic now. What you actually need for home window film installation: exacto + blades, credit or library card, squeegee, scraper + razor blades and a good squirt bottle. ... show more
