Wow! 140A at such a small package! This 140 is so tiny it's almost cute. Comes with plug, guide, and a very short cable. The quality of this item seems well made, but I am questioning the plastic sheathing on the machine. I haven't used it yet. Seems like a good value for the amount of power it has. I had some really small welding jobs around the house i wanted to perform. There was a little hole in my lawn mower deck I wanted to patch up. I also had some welded wire fencing I wanted to tack together to make bigger pieces. This little machine did a fantastic job on both. I didn't try it on a 120V plug, as I had a 220V plug available in my barn from the previous owner's welder, but I suspect it works well that way as well. I've always wanted to get into welding but didn't want the expense of investing in larger welders and all the necessary equipment. This welder is a great light-duty welder that lets me play around and get familiar with welding as I develop my skills. It runs on both 110v and 220v, and although it functions fine on 110v, you will get better results on a 220v outlet should you have that available, as well as allowing you to use up to 5/32" welding rods. I just got into welding so I'm an extreme amateur. That said, this seems like a solid machine, especially in its portability. I own a rental property and find myself in need of a welder in that context- it's great that I can use this there and not lug around a MIG welder (with or without gas). I almost couldn't believe the box that showed up contained a stick welder- but it does, it's lightweight, and it works. My husband wanted a small welder for simple things forever! I was so excited when I saw this so I scooped it up. The price was great and I wish I could have shoes it to you but it’s already in his garage lol. It’s easy to use and great quality. There’s no negatives I would absolutely give it 5 stars
