(An updated review at about 11 months) This is STILL a beast of a machine! I have a 1440p monitor and everything works beautifully and plays on high/ultra at 165hz with no issues. If you need examples of games that are hot right now that it runs on high no issues, I'd give you Helldivers 2, Baldur's Gate 3, or MH Wilds. It is a big rig and won't fit on the monitor stand built into my desk. I suggest getting a rolling monitor stand. Besides that, it's great! Graphic card went bad after 9 months. Barely use it. Email support and the email bounce back. the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.

I was on the fence reading some of the reviews, but I am definitely glad I went with this machine. I have built my own machine and also purchased pre-built machines before so this is not my first rodeo. I must assert that while the parts are branded; they seem to be just as good as any other version of the same part if not slightly better at this price point. I have purchased a 2-year extended warranty, so I am not really concerned about future hardware failures as other reviews have raised concerns about. Games load really fast and machine runs cool with all the extra fans. I could see if someone wanted to expand the machine the 650W PSU being a limitation, so I imagine if someone is looking to buy a machine to expand; this is NOT the machine to buy unless you are looking to basically just buy a new PSU out the gate. Overall, would recommend for someone looking purely for a gaming machine that will run the latest games at high FPS. ... show more

It was working fine downloaded my games and stuff last night got up wanted to play straightened up my cords and got my monitors hooded up which took a min because it didn’t want to. Got excited tried to get my Xbox controller hooked up to play warzone and then it happened my screens went black and wouldn’t come back on I’ve unhooked cords and hooked back and turned off pc and back on and nothing still says no signal on monitor. My kid wanted a gaming PC but he only plays roblox, uses a VR headset, and needs a pc that can work with the headset. This is the one. Cool enough to impress and basic enough that it's affordable. He can upgrade and update in the future if need be. This pc is everything he wanted and more. This product was shipped with a faulty power cord or at least that's what I was told. After hours of troubleshooting I finally used the power cord from my PC and it worked. Fast forward 3 months later and now the computer will turn on but no display and no power to my mouse. There is no further customer support since it is outside 3 months of the purchase date. I'm stuck with a worthless computer and no technical support from thos company. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I will now have to spend more money taking this somewhere to get looked at.
