The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. My faucet had the same treads as the valve so it was a direct plug and play, although a few adapters are included. They also include some cheap Teflon/PTFE tape but it's not really needed as all the components have gaskets. The biggest downside is the quailty, this is for a utility sink so I'm not too worried. I do not think I would drink out of this. All of the parts are chrome plated plastic. I damaged the finish on the included aerator so I just use the one that was originally on the sink. The shower head works good and has two settings but my included aerator shot the water out on an angle, hence why I just used the faucets original aerator. The mount leaves somthing to be desired, it's very cheap. The portion you stick to the wall is aluminum that is thinner than a soda can. I would guess that this part would be the first to fail. Bottom line: I'd recommend for occasional use (indoors) in a laundry room setting or out of sight of guests as the fit and finish is a bit unsightly. ... show more

It did not come with instructions, but my dad was able to figure it out. I loved it for the 2 and a half months that it worked. The little switch that you move up and down started spraying water... and not just a light spray or drip... it was a powerful spray. It doesn't matter what function I tried to use. There is this little piece of rubber between the switch and the faucet that is supposed to keep that from happening, and that little piece of rubber somehow came out. There is no way for me to take that piece out and replace it, so it was just a waste of money. ... show more

We have lived in our house for 30 years. The master bedroom bath has both a shower stall and a garden-style tub embedded in a ceramic tiled surround. It is a great tub, ideal for soaking, but there was a problem with washing our hair at the end of the bath. I do not currently recommend this product because it is defective on the same part. There is another review that shows it broke on the same exact part. There is no warrant included which is necessary at least for the part of this product that is known to break repeatedly. The leave should at least be replaced by warranty. Also I just as they other buyer had my product 2 months shy to a year so this a a real issue with this product. If I would not had caught it it could have damaged my garbage disposal. As far as how it worked when it did perfect but with only able to use about 10 times it is not worth it until they but in place a warrant for the defective part. ... show more
