  • Very good above-average computer for a very good price.
I used to work with, and on, PCs, and I got burned-out on them. To say that I am tired of having to deal with the complexities and mismatches of homemade PCs (or any PC) is an understatement. My last PC finally gave up the ghost over Thanksgiving. So, I ordered this PC for myself during the holidays. It did take a week to get to me. But, I am very happy about several things about buying this computer. • It arrives, fully-assembled, in an unassuming box that is not larger than it has to be, and the computer is inflate-packaged. (You do have to pull some of the inflate-packaging out from inside the PC, and peel the glass protectors off.) • The glass. It's real glass. Heavy glass. Held on with sturdy thumb-screws. And the view inside, and the overall esthetic of the PC, is beautiful. • The ports and controls are so sleek and nice. The outside of this PC looks no different or more complicated than you normal flat-screen television these days. I have and had absolutely no patience for any shenanigans from any computer, so I pulled this sucker out of the box, pulled off the packaging, threw it where my last PC was, plugged it in, and threatened it to act any way other than smooth like butter. It did not disappoint. I hit the power button for the first time, and it lit up, and it was completely silent, and the PC was at the desktop screen within 30 seconds. I am a gamer, so I fired up my favorite game. Smooth like butter. The Bluetooth capability of this PC comes in the form of a dongle that is in a separate bag. I've had so-so experiences with dongles like these in the past, so I sighed when I first saw it. But, that turned out good, too. The dongle plugs into any of the USB ports. I immediately had it find my wireless wall-mounted speaker, and it's been good ever since. The only downside is that it comes with a remote control for the colors of the fans. I guess we are sliding back into needing a remote control for everything. I considered just turning off the lights (which is an option), but the dark blue has such a nice cool feeling to it, so I left it on that. But, you can switch between, like, eight different colors, and, like, eight different patterns. I did not spend more than thirty seconds on this part of the computer, and I threw the remote control into the bottom of some drawer. The price is really good, too. If you look up the individual specs of this PC, and piece it together yourself, you will end up spending probably almost twice as much. At least 50 percent more. I am willing to pay a lot of money for peace of mind. In this case, the peace of mind did not cost nearly as much as I expected it to. In short, it's been running for something like two months straight now. I've restarted it a couple times just out of maintenance, but I have not gotten a single error message or errant beep. I don't think I missed anything important. If I did, I'll come back and edit this post. ... show more

  • Great Gaming PC for the Price
I was very skeptical about buying this PC. Most gaming PC's are super expensive and cost well over $1000. Granted I did not buy this PC to steam or do some crazy gaming, I bought it to play World of Warcraft. I runs WoW flawlessly, even in the most crowded areas I am still running between 60-80 fps and in most cases I am around 90-100 fps. I have had some minor issues with the keyboard doing some weird stuff but I easily fixed it. Getting all the settings dialed in the way I wanted them took a little bit, but it was not that bad at all. The fans keep the CPU running cool and this thing is on all the time. Setup was super easy and honestly its a beautiful device. I love that I can control the color setting. I highly recommend purchasing this PC if you want to do light gaming. ... show more

  • Good bang for your buck
Style: RX 580
Computer runs well, and it runs quietly. It's handling WoW with the max settings without issue. Looks beautiful, packaged well, and seems to be a very good computer for the cost. I will say I tried to load warzone, and it seemed to have trouble, but it may have been to do with not having the maps downloaded all the way. The keyboard, mouse, and soundbar are very cheaply made. I've not had any issues from the keyboard yet, but you can tell it's not long lasting. The mouse looks cool, but it lacks any additional buttons beyond a standard computer mouse. The soundbar worked great for a week or two on AUX mode, but the sound quality on the bluebooth was close to worthless. I'd def recommend the computer if you're on a budget, but you'll want to use headphones or get some better speakers ASAP, and if extra buttons on your mouse are a necessity, buy a different one. I love the keyboard, tbh, but i don't trust it to last long. I've seen some people talking about the fans falling off. I haven't adjusted the speed on mine, but i'm assuming you want to avoid pushing them to their max settings unless you're running some heavy multi-tasking. ... show more

  • Easy set up instructions, everything worked right out of the box.
Maybe a bit premature with my review as I bought this computer for installing Virtual Pinball software for driving an AtGames Legends HD Pinball machine which I haven't installed yet. I have had no issues with anything on the machine. All of the USB ports work correctly. The machine has a 1TB SSD drive which boots very quickly. USB WiFi works great. All 3 display ports work fine. I haven't had to call Tech Support since everything works. An equivalent machine from Best Buy was over $300 more! The only negative I could think of is it has no IDE or similar ports on the motherboard for expansion. In my case, that isn't a problem as the computer will be dedicated to a Pinball machine (using the AtGames two monitors). My application needed at least 2 HDMI ports (did a DP -> HDMI conversion for one of the two), 1 USB port (have 5 usable on the machine - it came with 6 USB 2.0 and 3 USB 3.0; 4 of those are used for the keyboard, mouse, WiFi and Bluetooth). Very happy so far! ... show more
