My son doesn’t play anything too heavy, just Roblox, and various puzzle type games. But mostly Roblox. 2 days in and the graphics card fails. Error 43 windows disabled amd graphics driver due to a failed graphics card. Wild. Definitely returning this. Save yourself the hassle and the disappointment on your child’s face when your boxing up the new pc you just bought him/her for Christmas. Smh ... show more

Got this bundle for my daughter and from the start we had an issue. Windows would hang on startup and give a blue screen error. With customer support we got that fixed and by strange coincidence the GPU gave a critical error 45 which meant it wasn’t fixable.. customer service sent a return label for the PC and as soon as UPS scanned it they shipped the new PC.. all within a week. The PC runs great and it plays all her games and she’s satisfied.. I’d purchase from them again just based off the customer service experience and their very fast response time and willingness to fix the problems. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love it has fans coming out the Hardcase. Has a glass front easy removel for cleaning or adding parts. Fast boot. Computer runs well, and it runs quietly. It's handling WoW with the max settings without issue. Looks beautiful, packaged well, and seems to be a very good computer for the cost. I will say I tried to load warzone, and it seemed to have trouble, but it may have been to do with not having the maps downloaded all the way. The keyboard, mouse, and soundbar are very cheaply made. I've not had any issues from the keyboard yet, but you can tell it's not long lasting. The mouse looks cool, but it lacks any additional buttons beyond a standard computer mouse. The soundbar worked great for a week or two on AUX mode, but the sound quality on the bluebooth was close to worthless. I'd def recommend the computer if you're on a budget, but you'll want to use headphones or get some better speakers ASAP, and if extra buttons on your mouse are a necessity, buy a different one. I love the keyboard, tbh, but i don't trust it to last long. I've seen some people talking about the fans falling off. I haven't adjusted the speed on mine, but i'm assuming you want to avoid pushing them to their max settings unless you're running some heavy multi-tasking. ... show more

all the parts keep tacking a crap.the speekers ,keybord mouse and now the proseser is going to hell. the computer frezes and shuts down on it own all the time and I lose all my work
