So first off this thing came a day early which is always nice. It also came double boxed with lots of foam both around the pc box and inside to give it loads of protection. The delivery guy could huck this off a roof and it’d be fine. As far as its ability, it’s been amazing so far for a pre-built budget PC. The fans it comes with keep this machine really cool, I downloaded an app to track the temps while my games are running hard and it’s staying at below optimal temperatures with ease. I pumped up the graphics in these games as well and it’s had no issues. It’s also a cool looking machine with the ability to change the colors inside the box, adjust the fans, etc. Setting it up was easy and straight forward. Really if I only had to gripe about anything it’s that it doesn’t have a proper CPU to run windows 11 but widows 10 works just fine and I bought it for gaming anyways. If I am to do work on it it’ll perform beautifully I’m sure. If you’re looking for a nice reliable machine on a budget this thing is great. Bought this to replace my 15 year old computer I built myself and upgraded over the years. It was time to upgrade from obsolete technology. I bought it for the graphics card more than anything else. Unboxed it, fired it up, worked great for one day. Shut it down for the nigh went to bed and woke up the next morning to find the graphics card wont power on and I have a dead box with on working DVI port on the MOBO. I am highly disappointed. I followed the links that came with the computer for troubleshooting. All of them were down. The tech support numbers , nobody answers. Zero support from this company. I give them a rating of zero for this reason alone. I also give Amazon a poor rating as well for carrying unsupported trash. You people need to make this right. I cant just throw away close to $500 on a lemon. Clearly I would have been better off building one from scratch by myself again. Your reputations are suffering. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my brothers first gaming pc, I was testing out the pc and i would rate it a good 8/10. (He rates it a 9/10) I think its actually really good for it’s price, and it comes with a keyboard and mouse and soundboard. To be honest the soundboard kind of sucks because when i play games the music cuts off a few seconds then goes back to normal every now and then, but the soundboard isn’t a problem at all you can just buy a new one if anything. Everything else like the IMPORTANT stuff is not damaged or bad or anything like that. The pc runs well and does not overheat at all, it does get a bit warm at times but it hasn’t overheated yet. My brother only just received his pc today so who knows what’ll change, if anything does i will edit this review. The pc connected pretty quickly and it ran great, the pc is fairly big and my favorite part of it was the lights that it has. The lights change color and it’s pretty cool, it comes with a remote which is not a problem to my brother tbh. Sorry for the yap, now about the gaming quality and whatever, it’s pretty good. We tried roblox, minecraft and fortnite. My brother also tried ark and overwatch but idk how the performance is on those games because I wasn’t there to see. But what i can say, is on roblox wise it’s super good at not laggy at all. I even tried laggy games on roblox like dress to impress, my brother even enabled high settings and it ran perfectly. On minecraft it was a bit laggy but not too bad. It’s not like a nonstop lag it only lags just here and there, but not bad at all. Now fortnite , it’s good as you can tell by the clip but at times it was laggy but once again not bad. So overall i think the performance on this pc is great for it’s price and worth the money if you’re on a budget imo. I enjoy the pc a lot, it also comes with a manual to help you out. Mainly everything you need they give it to you. Make sure to plug in everything as well. That’s pretty much it! Sorry for the crappy writing and describing idk how to explain that well. But yeah the pc is cool! (Also forgot to mention that when my bro first got the pc , one of the fan things came off. It’s not much of a problem it was only one and it doesn’t affect anything so, But just putting that out there.) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I first wanted to say that setting it up was EASY. Appearance wise is very nice, you have option u can pick from, blue, red, yellow, pink and surprisingly even white. For the amount of money i paid for this pc for how it runs is AMAZING. If you are looking for a good first pc GET THIS, it works as good as other 2k$+ pcs, and no i’m not exaggerating, because why can run genshin, fortnite, roblox, lethal company, osu, and other games that lag your pc on HIGH GRAPHICS with NO lag. The fans are very quiet and colors you can choose are cool also, the lighting is a decent brightness, not too bright and not too low. The size i will say it’s bigger then i thought it was going to be, the amazon box it came in was HUGE, AMAZING for gaming. Took a video of games that usually make u lag on high-ultra graphics. :) ... show more

I've been using it for several months I would say like 6 months and I'm impressed with all the games that Body cam, warzone, overwatch, fornite, Battlefield 2042 runs and the speed that I can do work in Microsoft World I recommend it to be the first gaming computer
