The media could not be loaded. Let me start with the introduction. I bought this gaming pc through my mother's Amazon acct(transfered the money to her bank acct and sent her the link of which model I needed since I did not at the time have my own Prime acct). On to the PC... This package is a BEAST of a machine for the price point of $750! It's an absolute STEAL! Are you getting a 12th gen i7? No, of course not! That's how they can bring the price down and bring a better value to the customer.( I see some people complaining that it is not the newest generation i7 cpu, but to be honest the i7 they give you will literally play ANY current gen game(including cyberpunk 2077) in the highest ultra settings no problem! I use mine to send the gpu signal over HDMI 2.1 cable to my SONY Master series XR48A90K OLED 48" 4k 120hz UHD TV. I play all my pc games at 4k resolution with maxed out graphics and ray tracing on and my FPS in games like Cyberpunk 2077 is around 52 FPS in ultra settings and 4k resolution. If I were to drop to 1440p or 1080p I would have WAAAAY more frames than that! In games like Gears of War 4 I get 196 fps on average in the highest settings and in native 4k resolution as well. I made some minor improvements to my rig as well... I cloned my SSD hd and moved my boot drive over to a higher capacity 2TB Crucial MX500 3D NAND SSD, I replaced the 500 watt "unrated power supply" with a Thermaltake Tr2 RX 750 watt modular power supply for more expandability and power for my components. I added a 1TB Western Digital Black high performance gaming hard drive.(I'll keep my original 1 TB boot drive as a backup in case my Crucial MX500 3D NAND SSD were to fail. I installed a new SoundBlaster Audigy 5/RX 7.1 HD 24 bit 192khz sound card. I installed a 12" RGB LED light bar to the bottom of my case which plugs directly into the included SATA RGB controller (10 fans + 2 LED light strips/bars). I cleaned up my cables using UV reactive cable shielding. Lastly I bought and installed some "Vath-made "GeForce RTX" and "Intel Core i7 inside" metal badges/stickers to the outside of my case. I then overclocked my RTX 3060 to +200Mhz on the gpu core clock and +900Mhz on the GDDR6 Memory clock. This setup now benchmarks using cinebench and Furmark equal with a 3060ti! I'm so happy I was able to snag this great deal and would certainly buy again knowing what I know! Don't listen to the negative reviewers out there complaining that they can't get the newest $500 cpu's in a system that only runs you $750 to start! You get everything you need to game with ultra settings in 4k and believe me... This setup WILL RUN any modern title you wanna throw at it! Some kids must be building these. Absolute scam. Every single time I try to connect an Xbox remote it fails, even with a wired connection. Updated numerous drivers. Also started randomly shutting off and restarting while playing games. Like lame ass games too, beginner games like fortnight (no offense). My son is devastated. I should’ve purchased a new Xbox. This is not a pc. Just POS components thrown together in a case. What a great waste of a Christmas gift. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot stress more, you see that be or two negatives and a big much of positives in reviews but this machine is HORRIBLE. ... show more

The pc is Great overall but there are a few cons to it. First, the fps on Roblox is amazing to me for this pc to be $500, it runs 240 fps on Roblox in certain games with a fps unlocker, w/out the fps unlocker it runs about 130, and hits 170. On Fortnite I get about 120 fps, and that pretty much all the games I play. What I can say that’s bad about this pc is that the sound bar is not a good product. When you plug it in and all that good stuff it sometimes plays your audio and then shuts off and then play when it wants to. Not a big deal but I wouldn’t expect the best from it. What I can also say that’s good is that it gives you instructions on the back about what ports not to plug your cables into, that helps a lot because I was so confused until I actually read it. It’s not as loud but it’s definitely a noticeable sound, like a fan on the first setting. ... show more

My 13 year old son was VERY STOKED on this PC but unfortunately, upon un-boxing and hooking up to his monitor, we found there was issues with the display and display drivers. After of hours of troubleshooting- trying to uninstall, reinstall the drivers etc- it just kept giving me error codes- Code 43 to be exact. The display on the monitor was fuzzy and discolored- device manager SHOWED the AMD driver was faulted. I even deleted AMD software and replaced it but always would get the same error. Also tried different monitors and cables- they all had the same issue so I knew it was the PC. Monitors worked fine when connected to other computers. Tried contacting the STG tech support and couldn't get anyone to answer. Amazon tried calling the tech support on my behalf and also could not get anyone on the line. Ended up returning it for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will not have this issue or I will be returning it for good and buying elsewhere. ... show more

It looked like a decent deal for my son's first computer. Constant crashing and frame drop issues. RGB went out after it's first time on. Fairly certain it came with pre installed malware/viruses. First day after using my Microsoft account to set it up, multiple hack attempts from "China". Will not be buying another PC from Amazon. I have updated and reinstalled all drivers, all of the components that came with this are cheap/outdated. ... show more

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday as she is a pretty serious gamer. I was a little hesitant as I know her games use some serious graphics, but thought we would give a shot and upgrade it if needed. I have been very surprised at how good it works for ALL her games (Fortnite, Roblox, WolfQuest, etc.). We had to play with the graphics settings for Fortnite but we just googled "Fortnite graphics settings for Radeon 5600" and what came up made it work perfectly at high graphics. The only complaint is the cheap label they put on the case but I took it off pretty easily. It looks super cool with the different LED's and glass to see inside the case.
