I sprayed it at the doorway, window sill, sink and bathtub drains, and under the refrigerator. The smell of Stem is very strong at first, but not unbearable. Where I live the ants and other bugs easily make themselves at home in my apartment. The ants were AGGRESSIVE. My apartment complex had just sprayed a few days prior and it just wasn’t cutting it. The scent is STRONG but it works!!! It works inside and outside for me. For outside if it rains it’s good to spray again after it dries up a bit. But inside let the air flow a little to circulate the strong smell. I love it because it’s safe to use around my cats. Definitely kills on contact. Haven’t tried it on spiders yet. But I will be! Have those outside my windows. It does also leave some oil behind but I just take some paper towels and dab up the severe excess. I really like this product. I have been having a hard time with palmetto bugs here in central Florida. They show up in my house every month or two. I am usually pretty good around bugs but the palmettos really freak me out. For those who are not familiar with this bug, you are very fortunate. They are 2+ inches long cockroaches and they fly. They are absolutely disgusting critters. This bug spray kills them. It doesn’t have a chemical smell which I appreciate. It does have a smell but it is much more tolerable than other bug sprays that I have tried. Occasionally I get a row of ants coming in by my dog’s food. I use this on the concrete steps leading down to a stone patio. It WORKS on the teeny tiny ants. Smells OK and is safe for the dogs. Works much better than the strong chemical stuff. Give it a try!

I love this product. It is safe around himans and pets. It is all natural and I personally like the scent. I have a huge ant problem and it kills ants safely. It also killed spiders too. I have used it around my cat's automatic cat feeder to prevent ant infestation and it works! I love this

It works, it really does keep ants away, I haven't tried it with other insects, my apartment only has an ant problem. the ants will not walk there if the liquid is there. The smell is pretty nice. Cons: - it leaves an oily residue, I don't mind it that much because I spray on the edges of my floor so ants just can't leave their ant holes. - if you mop your floors you will have to reapply or it wont work anymore - the smell is nice, kind of like lemongrass, but it is quite strong if you spray a lot OVERALL the product is good and works ... show more
