I used this last year to power a game camera that was eating batteries like candy. After I hooked my camera up to the Sol-Pak My camera never had any more issues.

    • Junk, ouit working 6 months use
The idea sounded good, solar pannel/battery combination. Is a good idea it it worked. Within 6 months of use both started having problems with providing power to my cameras. Moved to total sun, they both quit working and are worthless. Don't waste your time and money. Find a more reliable unit.

So far so good. Warm temps and in my backyard does not give this the true test. I will find out in October and November the true rating. BUT it has nice long cable with good weather protection. Seems well built. Still better then buying batteries which are expensive!

Does what it should…worth it the first season it’s up…batteries cost 1/2 a day pay for 2 months of cold weather if your lucky, this makes it super easy and your trail stays scent free.
