  • good sound for the money
Color: Black
very comfortable, pretty good sound, a little bass heavy fo my taste, quality seems pretty good and the piggyback feature is really nice. All and all good product for the money.

  • Perfect at home, everyday listeners.
Color: Silver Brown
I love the weight, they feel well made. The band feels sturdy, and the muffs don't feel like they'll snap or pop out of their joints. I got them on sale, even, so, the price was more than right, but I would happily pay the regular price for these. They sound great, they don't squeeze your temple into having a migraine, the cord is long enough for you to move around in your chair and not worry about yanking them out or pulling something in a twitch of motion ( ie: you can headbang, dance, whatever you want, eat in your chair, and you won't pull them or your computer out and onto the floor). As with most {removable} cables, though, you'll find that rubbing the cable at all makes an enhanced noise (say your arm hits it and rubs it, it amplifies the rubbing sound in your ear). Also, this particular set's cable is a special-fit end, meaning if for whatever reason you lost this cable, I don't know if any ole generic cable would fit in its plug, since the plug has a different shaped edge (it's not round, more like a keyhole shaped edge), but, yeah. they're great. Would buy these again and probably will (or their wireless counterpart), if/when I need to replace them. ... show more

  • Good value, decent sound.
Color: Black
These headphones are fine for my purposes, mostly watching TV late at night after my wife has gone to sleep. I can run the TV sound through my stereo amplifier, turn off the speakers and turn the volume up as much as I care to. These are not "Pro" headphones, but I'm not using them in a critical process, such as mixing music from a recording console. The fit is fine and they're quite comfortable. Good buy. • Works as expected and better!
Color: Silver Brown
I did expect these to be decent headphones without knowing much about them. These were at a price point where I felt it, worthy to take a gamble and buy by them. So just to try them out, I purchased them and shipped them to my apartment. I get my tablet out because it's the only thing I've got readily available with a ¼" TRS jack for headphones. I listen to mainly heavy metal and I also like some EDM of different varieties. They sounded great, as expected. So I had to see if they met other expectations. I got a guitar amplifier out, a small Yamaha practice amp. I also got out my Schecter Damien 8 Platinum with 808Xs. And I played the nastiest riffs into that Yamaha. These little headphones were loud and overwhelming, while being clear and precise to the tone. You couldn't tell a difference between the raw tone coming out of the speaker, and the sound coming from the headphones. The only difference was your atmospheric noise pollution was cancelled out. It's kinda like a personal sound room or studio experienced. These headphones are worth it. If you jam, give these a try. ... show more

  • Best Headphones I’ve used in this price range.
Color: Silver Brown
I loved these headphones, for the price they don’t sacrifice build or sound quality offering a great package. The build quality on these are better than some over-ear monitors >$100! The ear-pads are rather meh not being too shabby but feeling uncomfortably warm after about an hour or two for me. But I think the flexibility of the headphones help make up for it. Great entry-level headphones that work decently well for mixing audio! ... show more

  • Excellent Value

I have two pairs I use for studio listening while playing guitar. They are comfortable, well made, and have great sound.

  • Great headphones, meh cables.
Color: Red
Sound quality is great for the price point, if the mix is good. Crappy mixes mastered for tiny laptop and cellphone speakers will sound muddy without EQ'ing the bass down, but that's an issue with the mastering, not the headphones. Otherwise, the sound is good. Punchy bass, crisp highs and mids. Everything I was looking for and expect, even at a higher price point. Durability remains to be seen, but the headphones are holding up well so far. The biggest shortfall of these headphones is the same as just about every other set of headphones on the market... Fragile cables. Nobody puts enough strain relief on their cables and if you move around at all while wearing these, your cable will start to break almost instantly, leading to one or both channels dropping out and crackling randomly. Don't plan on using these while you're moving around unless you want to buy a new cable. Also, don't use these for your phone unless you're going to leave it on the table or carry it in your hand all the time. Putting it in your pocket or even a holster will put way too much strain on the cheap jacks. One bump, pull or a little bit of strain and the wires start to go. A 90 degree plug would help, but *nobody* uses them. These cables specifically seem to use the cheapest plugs available. Relatively thick insulation on the wires, but I suspect that's all for show and the actual wires themselves are the same hair-thin, ultra fragile crap that everybody else uses. Started having issues with the short cable after only about 2 weeks of wearing them around the house. The longer cable got me three uses before they started crackling and dropping out. Furthermore, it doesn't look like I can replace the 1/8th inch cable with a standard patch cable because that one is deep set with a flat spot. Final opinion: Buy them for the sound quality, but be prepared to purchase new cables. The 1/4" side (on the left driver) is generic so you'll need to buy a 1/4" to whichever size you need. Note: Before anyone says to just go wireless, I have a hard enough time just keeping my phone and laptop charged up when I'm on the go, I really don't need another thing to plug in every couple of hours. ... show more
