I'm unsure if this happened in transit or before it left the warehouse. But the front wheelwell was severely bent inwards so that the front wheel couldn't spin freely at all. We ended up having to unbolt the front wheel and used a wrench to pry the metal apart. It took some creativity, some tools, and some brute strength, but we got it put together and my son can ride it. Aside from the severe bend, I can recommend it. I'm assuming that the bend was a one off situation. However, I'd recommend reading other reviews to see if they encountered the same problem. If so, I'd probably pass. *update* The seller reached out and advised that the bend likely happened in transport as they inspect their scooters prior to shipment. They are sending a replacement. I will update the review once again when I've received the replacement to advise how it arrives. I've updated the stars from 3 stars to 4 simply for the hassle free communication from the seller and the eagerness to make it right. *update* I reviewed the replacement scooter today. No bends or issues of any kind. I am assuming that the first product got bent in transit. Big props to this seller for proactively reaching out and replacing it. Came in a small box. Was easy to assemble. You need to loosen the tension arm with the allen wrench to slide the handle on. It was a bit challenging to keep the handles straight and tighten it down. If not, they will not line up with the wheel. My daughter has been flying around the house on this. She loves it. It rides really smooth. The wheels light up making it nice in the evening so cars can see you. The bell is a bit flimsy. It kind of flops around a bit on the handle bar. It comes with a nice big brake so that it's easy for the kids to find and step on. The speed is perfect. Keeps them safe. It's also nice that it comes with a mini kick stand so that it stands up on it's own instead of just laying flat on the ground. The motor is very quiet. I wasn't sure it was even working but my child was flying around. You have to start kicking first to get the motor going. It won't go until you hit a certain speed. This scooter is solid! It was easy to put together. Even as an adult it holds my weight. It's made of a good metal and charges easily. My only complaints are that it didn't have a handle accelerator and the back foot brake.. You have to stand on it for it to go and the foot brake you have to stand on while riding. This can cause issues for kids that are new to electric scooters and makes it a little more difficult to ride. Overall this seems like a solid option and a good little scooter. ... show more

My kids has been having a blast with this electric scooter! The speed at 5mph is perfect for staying safe but still getting around and having fun riding effortlessly. The handlebar height is adjustable so all of my kids of different ages have been able to take a ride on it. It has light up wheels, it’s rechargeable and the battery is pretty decent allowing for a few hours of fun before needing to charge. To fully charge it took about 3 hours. It’s not heavy, it’s fairly light and easy enough for my 5 year old to move around and maneuver. I think the quality is great for the price. ... show more
