It’s the weekend and you’re out doing your thing, fishing at the lake, or maybe spending time up in a deer stand. Or maybe you’re out in the garage, working on the car. In any case, time’s a clicking and the tummy is talking. It would be nice to take a quick break and have a little bowl of hot soup or Insta-Noodles. It sure is nice to know that this Thermos won’t let me down. I love mine. It’s rugged. I love its light green, speckled exterior—it looks totally old school industrial. Nothing prissy about it. And I especially love that hours after I put it in, the water or soup pours out, steaming hot, into the built-in bowl. Mmm! Now that hits the empty spot. Warms my insides right up. That Hangry Monster is quenched. Well, I screw the cap closed. Wipe out the bowl and screw it on, too. I toss the Thermos back into the box holding my other “stuff” and get back into what I was doing. Something so simple and dependable.
