Ease of use: Easy to pack enough food for lunch. I haven’t tried soup yet. Packed a 2-3 stuffed Denver omelette as well as pasta. Eating my lunch was something that I had to adjust. I think I will bring a bowl and leave at the office, though it was doable. Storing: I’m using a 10QT lunchbox from Stanley. I would think this would fit inside its smaller predecessor. Temperature: it keeps it warm until lunch. From 4:30 am - 11:30am. Hot food: What I have found online, prime the mug. Meaning heat up the mug by adding boiling water. Wait about 2-3 mins. In the meantime warmup your food. Toss the water out and pack your hot food inside the mug. Cold food: tbd ... show more

First thermos I have purchased that has actually kept food warm. You have to preheat with boiling water and let sit to warm up. Then you will get several hours of warm food.

doesn't leak, and stays warm all day, and is lightweight. The only dislike is it doesn't fit the entire can of soup, left a few spoonful's in the bottom of the pan.
