I live in an old apartment and this did the job perfectly. No more crumbs stuck between the cracks. Whoever invented this was a genius. Very easy to clean. Perfect fit. Took a minute to figure out how to use the clips but it fits very tightly and it does not move.

Perhaps other people have smaller stoves, or their gap between counter and over is smaller, but these don't work that well because they're not very long. I'd need two for each side to cover the full gap. They are a good quality item itself (no warping or scratching when using the stove/oven) if you have items that cover the gap the rest of the way, but it's not very useful because of its sizing and narrowness of the guard. ... show more
