I received a used swing set that had damaged parts, opened packages, missing pieces, and incorrectly manufactured parts. I did not review 2 washers, 1 lock washer, and 1 bolt. The nuts did not all have threads. The parts package was taped shut. This was obviously not a brand new swing set. The package insert says to reach out to SportsPower who told me that they could only send replacement parts and that the nuts must have been missed in quality control. I am extremely disappointed to find this out on 12/23 when this is the Santa gift for my boys. ... show more

Much bigger than I expected, very sturdy and easy to assemble! My box came broken when delivered with holes and bolts and nuts were falling out. Luckily all pieces were found and we were able to assemble no problem.     • Expect missing screws/bolts
First, the swing is nice and sturdy, the kids like it. However, when the box arrived, it was ripped, several of the screws/bolts were missing. One of the poles was bent, and another bolt was defective. I notified customer service via email, they requested I provide them with all the missing parts numbers, so they could ship out the missing/defective parts and damaged pole. The kids were disappointed they had to wait for more parts, so thankfully my husband was able to go to the hardware store and buy bolts needed to fix the swingset. He used a tool he had to bend the pole into place. We shouldn't have had to go through all of this. When the replacement parts were delivered, the same issue happened with the bolts and screws being all loose in the box. They are kept as extra parts now, since we purchased additional parts before they arrived. We also bought ground anchors to keep the swing down while the kids are swinging, you will need those and the swing doesn't come with them. A nice swingset, but alot of unnessery hassle for what should've been in the box. I did contact customer service again to let them know about the replacement parts. They sent me a $50 walmart gift card, so that was nice. But if I had to put deal with this without the help of my husband, I would have been upset and went though the hassle to return it. Literally this swing is THE BEST! playground status! It’s huge and doesn’t budge! Packaging could be better wrapped or needs to be delivered by two people. I believe ours was dragged to the door due to weight and some screws were lost! Easily replaced at local hardware but still inconvenient. Swing is an absolute must for a backyard! 10/10 ... show more

    • Heavy duty!
Much heavier duty than I was expecting! Very solid and my husband had it assembled in less than an hour (by himself). Needs to be staked to the ground or dug down and cemented for best anchoring. (Package didn't include these things) Otherwise, Love love love it 💕
