    • Ready for the garden
I was very pleased with the tiller it runs great. I really like the removal of the cutters .The only problem is the installation didn't word it right on how it put it together but a little background of mechanical knowledge it worked out.

Started on 2nd pull. I’m 6ft 230 lbs. this thing pulled me around like I was a rag doll . Haven’t tilled my garden in 2 years and it went through it very easy. Can’t believe a unknown 7 hp engine can be this strong. If this thing holds up, it’s a heck of a deal. UPDATE: I’ve had it for almost 2 years now. This thing is a beast. Best tiller I’ve ever used! I did a 8x20 garden in about 23 minutes. I’m very impressed with this monster. I would rather use this Splendor tiller over the 12 hp rentals I’ve used in the past. Not sure why it has weak rating. This machine came damaged. Attempted to contact seller by email through Amazon and no response. Hard to start and when it does start it runs until the tiller is engaged then dies out. Will not restart. Piece of crap!

It starts easy, has a lot of power but have found that if the drag pin was a bit longer, it’s much more controllable. I made a longer drag pin and installed it and this machine is much more pleasant to run. I love it.

Was a little wary of it at first thinking it wouldn't work in the hard soil we have in our area, but it took off and did a great job. When I received it the housing covering the drive belts was broken. I went and notified the company and also wrote to Amazon customer service and received the part within 5-6 days. Impressed that I had no trouble getting the part replaced in such a short time. ... show more
