I chose to purchase this escooter because of its design and minimal branding. I received my escooter yesterday and while I was removing it out of its box to assemble, I started to notice certain blemishes in regards to it's paint and finishes that made me wonder if the product I received was used prior to it being delivered to me. It also has a few scratches and a ding or two. I'm a bit disappointed because I waited for this for a while and wasn't expecting it to arrive in this condition. My first scooter that I bought for quick trips around my neighborhood. After using for one month, I would say it gives me so many fun and convenience in my daily life. Very little assembly required, streamlined design, has different levels of power but also very reliable. Set up was simple, just a few connections and screws, made easy with the provided. I like the sleek look of it including the light bar on the stem of the scooter, the provided card that locks and unlocks the scooter for added security and the ability to fold the stem down and carry it if needed. While on the scooter the height of the stem and the base deck made me feel comfortable while riding it. With that said. The speed is perfectly fine and it's really light to maneuver. I like the breaks, and the ride feels pretty solid. Anywhere you're looking to go in about an hour's walking distance, assuming it's flat, this scooter will take you there and back and be nearly the full battery. Great entry-level electric scooter and very easy to assemble. This can easily fit in a sedan's trunk and is a great way to navigate around the city or just casually riding along the beach. It has 3 different mode (eco, low speed and high speed). It can go really fast on high speed mode but I find myself rarely using that much speed so I usually stay on low or eco mode. ... show more

I am not a pro at electric scooters or bikes but had been looking for one that was affordable for a while since work is so close, better for environment, cost effective, etc. Make sure you check your state / city laws as they can vary. I live in WA State so this scooter is perfect (no more than 20 mph on level ground, has a reflective rear light and 10” or smaller tires). It is waterproof which is great for when it’s raining or wet (it’s odd, a lot of electric scooters are not waterproof)! While using the app is not completely required, I highly recommend it as you can activate the anti theft lock. You can also see your speed, battery life & more. This scooter is light (20 lbs) and easy to use that even a pregnant woman such as myself can carry and use it without any problems. The box it came in was large as it came almost fully assembled (need to put 4 screws on) and well packaged. It was not as heavy as I thought it would be due to it’s size. I like how it has a large foot area as my husband uses this for work (6’ 2” man). Great affordable price! Only time will tell if this lasts but will update if there’s any issues. I’ve owned a lot of scooters and this one has definitely exceeded all the others! My family and I love strolling around the neighborhood and our old ones were a bit too slow for my liking. I stumbled upon this scooter and was drawn to the size of the platform. My husband is a bit bigger so this one definitely gave his feet more space. The speed and battery life is a major upside! We use this to run errands and the bright lights make me feel safe that cars can see me. One of my favorite features is that I can lock the scooter via app! Once locked, if someone turns it on, they can’t start it until I unlock it with my phone. I also like that the wheels are big and sturdy. Going through bumps and cracks are easy and doesn’t feel like I’m going to fall. All in all this is a great buy and I can’t wait til summer time when I can bring it out to campsites to stroll in. ... show more

I like this scooter because of the looks and its functions. It looks modern and gray is one of my favorite colors. I like how the scooter comes with a built in back and front light which actually lights up so it is good to use during night time. I also like how it comes with a built in bell so I don’t have to buy it separately. The screen on the scooter shows the speed, mileage and battery life which is pretty cool. It also has a smart app which you can download if you like but I can do without it. One thing I was afraid was riding over bumps since it doesn’t have any suspensions but it wasn’t bad. That would have added weight and I wanted something much lighter so I can carry it. I like how it’s foldable so I can fit it easily in my car. My cousin’s scooter has suspensions and the weight is almost doubled. I use this scooter mainly on the street anyways which is smooth majority of the time. ... show more

We got this item for our son and charged it and the first time trying to ride it, it would not run. It read an error message. After hours we were finally able to get it running without the error message and although it was fun to ride and got up to 20 mph it had a flat tire right away. We only took it on surface streets. We attempted to inflate and come to find the tire had a small leak. Next to impossible to change. We are very disappointed and won't be purchasing another one. ... show more
