Instaklation was very easy - just unscrew the old head, pick out the water-saver washer from the selection provided and screw on the new one. The finish is just as expected (oiled bronze) & looks good. We really like the shower provided by the nozzles - the stream spread is jsut right for us. Needed to replace a 20 year old brass rain shower head ( 5 gpm) but wanted to avoid the $400-$800 ones from the usual suspects. I also wanted to avoid a plastic ( meaning “cheap”) one. So I tried this one but didn’t have high hopes. I was very pleasantly surprised. First, although not made of brass, it’s not cheap plastics either. It’s a composite that is both sturdy and has some weight to it. Second, the color matched perfectly my dark brass fixture which it replaced. Next, the instructions, always a bugaboo especially for products coming from China, were excellent. It addressed and explained issues I would not have thought of ( like cleaning with an old toothbrush the pipe threads of the water supply pipe) and made installation very easy for five thumbed me. It even included pipe tape for installation. Next, the box contained both an extra screen and a 2.5 gpm replacement for the 1.8 gpm part installed in case you have low water pressure. I didn’t need it . The 1.8 gpm provided a very good rain flow for showering. All in all an excellent product for an obscenely low price compared to brass. ... show more

I'm immediately happy and impressed with this shower head. My previous one was one of those thin versions with rubber nozzles...but they clog easily and the quality of the shower decreases over time. This unit comes out swinging. TIP: You may need to install it 2 or 3 times to get the right pressure control setup. It's easy to change the flow limiter (provided) and we tested all three options and found the 2.5gpm limiter worked best with our water pressure. Absolutely happy with this unit. Preciously we had no good luck with shower heads. We thought it had to do with our home’s 100+ year-old plumbing. It turned to be poor design of the shower heads. We get plenty of water pressure, and the shower head is excellent aesthetically.

This showerhead was simple to install and works well. Comes with 2 flow restrictors (1.8gpm and 2.5gpm) as well as teflon tape. Water pressure is good when not using any of the restrictors. My only negative comment is the build quality. It is mostly plastic and I would really have liked it to have more metal (or be all metal). That being said, being plastic is what makes it so inexpensive. ... show more
