This was an impulse buy and my wife and I love it. Great pressure and if does exactly what it says it's supposed to do. The reason for only four stars on installation was because that it is a very hard plastic but you still have to be very careful when installing and tightening to get it tight so no leaks. We were Leary at first about buying this item. We do have hard water and it’s been hard trying to find a shower head that helps. This shower head totally solves our hard water problem. We also live in a very old southern home with old plumbing. The water pressure has always been an issue. If we had the money I’d get it all replaced. However, this affordable fix has been worth it. With this shower head we get amazing pressure. This shower head has also made our skin feel so much better. The shower head has also helped with my hair.     • Does what is says
I bought the hard water filtration kit and from what I can tell, it's doing the job. It also increased the water pressure tremendously. My only reason for a 4-star review is that yes, some parts are plastic so I do question how long the shower head would last a year from now.

So much water is wasted because it all leaks through the cord, and for some reason, the hottest water leaks through the cord- and the water coming out of the head- isn't as hot, so I'm constantly rushing to take a hot shower before the hot water is wasted. Really unfortunate, I had high hopes for this product. ... show more

    • You loose a little water pressure in exchange for water quality.
I got it for my bestie as a Christmas present. She has not installed it yet in her shower. But my sister has the same one and she loves it.

it is already leaking from the hose, connected my old hose which does not quite fit the holder just to stop the leak , not worth the money I paid for this product

I like this shower head a lot and it is a great option to soften the hard water. Several benefits I am taking: - It's light with plastic and don't worry if it drops down accidentally. - High pressure water flow with three stream options. - Easy to install. - Soften water is great as I am sensitive to hard water and feel the difference. - No water leakage with the use of the adhesive tape coming from the package.
