I don’t usually do this, but I am so impressed with the quality of this shower head I have to write a review. As a handyman I have installed probably a hundred “upgrade” plumbing and electrical fixtures and have rarely been impressed, so when my wife told me she was going to order a shower head on Amazon I set my expectations very low. When it arrived I opened the box and was immediately surprised that it had good instructions and did seem to be rather substantial. I knocked on the head and felt the components and they all seemed decent and pretty solid. I was actually impressed when I realized the valve assembly that attaches to the shower arm was metal and I was able to actually tighten it. Then the big one hit me-not only is it real metal, with real seals, but it comes with two sets of restrictors to choose from. California or standard low flow. You actually have options. I chose option 3, no restriction (not on the list of choices) and have old school water flow. Also included are extra seals and some replacement nipples for the head in case you need to service down the road. I do believe this fixture will last a decade or more. Zero leaks, 100% confidence, and easily 1/3 or 1/4 of the price of the name brands from the big box stores. This is, by FAR, the highest quality replacement pluming fixture I have ever installed. 100% recommend! ... show more

I love this shower head! Great range and I love that it has a separate head that you can use, it’s way easier to clean my shower now because of it! Little hard to clean the main shower head because of how wide it is but it’s easy to find other ways to clean. Overall highly recommend! For installation it was a little hard to get it fully hooked up but that might be because I also have a shower filter attached to it. Sometimes it leaks but nothing major. Amazed at the whole package. Extra everything... teflon tape, washers, flow restrictions for low water pressure, even extra replacement rubber shower spouts. Great instructions and even the included questions and answers for different scenarios were helpful. Then of course impressive hardware quality and fit. So much attention to detail for this price point, I'm truly impressed. I did have to order the extra one piece shower head holder separately, but they included the item number in the instructions. The plastic wall mount holder works great but the all one matching metal, looks more attractive in my opinion and should be offered with these packages. ... show more

Purchased two of these for our house bathrooms. Water flow is great, the additional head is easy and can be placed at whatever level you need it to be. great for washing ur puppy and not having to hold her under the rain fall large shower head. Easy install husband got them installed less than twenties minutes. Company provides Teflon tape and extra pieces if they are needed. Definitely recommend. ***Recommendation Note*** For anyone who is purchasing this with hard water, the nipples will begin to clog after a few months due to the minerals in the water. You can remove the head and stain vinegar and baking soda to clan it out. Or simply tap the nipple while showering and the water flow will return to a straight linear fall and not a sideways angel. ... show more

I am so happy I purchased this! It took me about 30 minutes to install. The packaging comes with a lot of extra pieces in case you lose/break things. The shower head is STUNNING. It looks like a mirror, which is helpful in the shower! The stainless steel is flawless and is so shiny! Having the hand held head is a game changer for cleaning my shower now! It’s also very light weight so it’s great to wash my body with. There are so many different settings for each of my many moods lol As for the water pressure. The large water wall head is not high water pressure, which is why I gave it 4 stars. However the hand held has great pressure. Overall I am very happy with it! ... show more

    • Best thing I have ever bought

Maybe the best thing I've ever bought for my shower but it's close to one of the best things I've ever bought in general. My previous shower head was similar but much smaller and leaked. The only "issue" I wasn't prepared for with this shower head set up was the heaviness of it. If you don't have a good strong support for the shower head you may have an issue. I LOVE that both heads can be used at the SAME time. You can use the square shower head and the round one at the same time is what I mean by that. There is a bunch of different settings for the round shower head. The filter is AMAZING. It was hard to find a shower head set that had filters for both shower heads, most had one filter for both or only had one filter for the square/main shower head. I wanted a filter for each one individually and this one had that AND came with extra ones for replacements. The spray is great for both shower heads, the round shower head had a seperate spray hole on the top of it that shots out water. Be warned it will go EVERYWHERE if you aren't holding it right or it's left on at the end of a shower but you don't realize it when you go to get in next time. The ceiling will very much be soaked, you'll have a nice rain storm in your bathroom but not with the rain shower head providing it. 😉 The brass finish is also great, it doesn't leave water spots or finger prints. My last shower head combo wasn't a brass finish and the water spots were horrendous, no matter how much I tried to keep them away, they were there. I also have hard water so that didn't help. The last shower head due to the hard water also got clogged often. The main shower head with the rain part, those little holes constantly got clogged, it was annoying and bothersome. This shower head doesn't due that part from the filter and part from the design being overall better. ... show more

I love this shower head and so does everyone else that’s used it. Putting it together takes a little time because there’s so many pieces but the instructions are very easy to follow. Product is very high quality and will definitely last a long time. The main shower head feels amazing and has great pressure.
