I did instill this thing within 45 minutes or maybe 30. With no previous plumbing experience! You’re just screwing some things together. More on that in a bit. Really easy to install and super lightweight. I was expecting this thing to be a nice steel just based off the pictures but I know for the price that doesn’t make sense. The entire thing is very light plastic. Which is good. And the hose is more loose and snakey and fluid than I thought it would be. Keep in mind this filter module adds length to the shower spout, so if you’re 6 foot 3 like me this thing is not going to be above your head anymore. You can see in the photo my eye-level perspective facing the shower head. However, as much power as this thing puts out, I just pointed the head toward me and it made a decent enough water flow. Just ducked my head a tad to rinse the head. No problem at all I didn’t need to bend or do anything I convenient. So yeah this thing SHOOTS the water. The streams are more aggressive than my previous shower head. I was actually worried about it irritating my skin. But I just turned the hose nozzle a tad which lowered the pressure of the shower head and had the handheld spraying a bit. Not bad, seems like that’s how my set up will be. Installation was easy but the instructions and presentation could use work. The phrasing was inconsistent and I had to guess a couple things. It just says “use Teflon tape” but there are 2 sets. Each either different colors and sizes. One has wording on it and the other doesn’t. I’m still not sure if this had any significance. Then there were 2 sets of washers. Different color washers and slightly different sizes. No specification as to what goes to what. Suddenly the instructions say “take washer 2” and I don’t know what that is. Some pieces already had washers in them. And it says no tools needed but then at one point the instructions say to use a wrench lol. I did not. But it all worked out. There’s a little leak but it doesn’t seem to be a problem in fact I think the previous head here was already doing that. Just drips into the tub. Teflon tape is cool because it makes it a smoother turn and gets a better seal I guess! ... show more

I love the pressure of the showerheads. The dual switch to use 1 or both of the heads is a great feature, but I'm not sure why I'd want to use both. I've had this for 2.5 years and I noticed over the last few months or so that it leaks from the main hose. I am buying another one to replace it. Plus the price is great! ... show more

It was easy to install, the water pressure is everything. Only negative is when using both the same time the pressure is less but when used separately you don’t even want to get out the shower. So glad I chose this one!

Install instructions were pretty simple. There could have been more plumbers wrap included, I ran out. Rising the filter before assembly was a little annoying (I think rinsing it after assembling it to the shower would have sufficed). The shower felt great after first use.

This is a nice shower. The filter will lower the height of the shower head but if you want to remove it you can. I won't because I want to give it a try. Some people have been complaining the the hand held wand does not stay mounted. I initially had this problem because I could not see the film of plastic that was located on the shower mounting bracket. There are two adhesives. One that needs to be installed on the shower wall after you have cleaned the shower wall thoroughly and the other adhesive that is already located on the mounting bracket which is hard to see because there is a plastic film on it. Once that film is removed you will expose an adhesive on the bracket that you will press up against the adhesive on the shower wall. It works well. Also there are extra washers that come with the shower that need to be installed at each end of the shower hose. The hose already has a washer at each end so it's easy to assume the you won't need to install any more washers there, but you'd be wrong and each end of the hose will need two washers or you will get a leak. The instructions don't tell you this. The installation is easy after that. Good luck. ... show more

First off, I'll say that the installation on this was very easy. There were definitely extra washers and two rolls of Teflon tape... plenty more than is needed. It took about 15-20 minutes to install. However, I was very worried about the hand-held shower sprayer holder from the beginning. I removed the seal from the tape and placed it where I wanted it to go in the shower. I left it overnight without setting the hose in it to make sure that it would stick well. Of course, two days after I could return it I woke up at 3 a.m. to a crash. Turns out it was the holder and the hose falling off the wall. The adhesive became useless after a month. I tried to stick it back on but it fell off immediately. So now I have the hand-held shower sprayer just hanging by the hose. I've ordered mounting tape to see if that'll work, but I'm generally displeased when a product doesn't work as advertised. It looks very clean and shiny right out of the packaging, but you can tell it was made with cheap parts. It's extremely lightweight and does not feel sturdy like it should. The water pressure is way less than my previous shower head. I'd imagine if you skipped the entire filter (which is ridiculously huge), you'd probably get more water pressure. I've thought about trying to install it that way, but I'm not sure if it's worth the effort at this point. I can't return it since it's two days outside of the window. Even if the mounting tape works, I'll probably try to find a different shower head and will most likely avoid this brand. ... show more
