My only complaints are that the swivel dial to change between wand and shower head is in an awkward place, and the parts are plastic. However, it was east to install and the water pressure is great and it is very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. Likes: - Handheld shower pressure is fantastic. - Both the handheld and the shower head can work independently and together. - Both the handheld and shower head have 6 settings. - The size of the shower head is perfect for my shower. - It was very easy to assemble. (I suggest buying your own sealing tape, the one that comes with it isn’t very good.) - It looks fancy and the color is pretty. - It’s easy to use. - It’s definitely affordable. Dislikes: - Mine was missing a rubber washer. I luckily was able to use one from the one I was replacing. - The seal tape that comes with this is very thin. I suggest buying a good sealing tape to make your life easier. - When both the shower head and handheld are on, not all 6 settings work. I believe about three of the settings work on both when they’re both running simultaneously. - The pressure isn’t as strong on the shower head as it is on the handheld. It’s adequate though. - The pressure goes down when both are simultaneously on. - The hose isn’t very long on the handheld. - When the handheld is in its holster, it can’t be adjusted or moved around as the shower head can. (I imagine I could find a special attachment to allow for this) As for the review I read about the handheld not fitting in its holster... it definitely fits; so to anyone reading that, don’t worry about it. Watch the video I posted. I hope this helps anyone deciding on what shower head to buy. =) ... show more

Got this for a new shower remodel and it works extremely well. Good water pressure and brushed nickel finish is very nice. No leaks and hopefully will last for many years. Would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Just received today and installed. Was easy to install. Like other reviewers I removed the regulator from the diverter and the water comes on great. Some said the locknut broke or was not needed- it depends on your shower arm. I tried without it first and the washer kept bending into the arm. I used the locknut and the extra washer and there are no leaks and it is snug. I even removed it again to make sure the washer wasn’t bend inside the pipe and it wasn’t. Side note- when I took off my old shower head the washer was bent into the arm and a plumber put that one on when we redid the shower. Don’t know about long term use but so far it looks good and the water selections are great. And I needed a sprayer to clean the shower. So far, I think it is a good purchase. Also, although I am not sure of its durability, pay attention to the instillation instructions. Some of the problems others have stated are from user error-handheld not fitting in holder for one- one person had the diverter upside down and another attached the end of the hose that goes onto the diverter to the handheld and the end that goes on the handheld to the diverter so the nut that goes to diverter will not fit in the handheld holder slot. The entire assembly is made of plastic - including the fittings that attach to the main water line and the valve control. While it was simple to install and works well (for now), the plastic fittings and control to switch between the main shower head and hand unit are likely to break easily. Tighten anything a bit too much and it will definitely crack. At the sale price under $30 I guess you can't expect much more but I wouldn't pay more than $30. For $40-50 you can get something similar built with better materials. ... show more

This product is an actual real life shower massager. Do yourself the favor and remove the 2.5 gpm regulator. Best shower pressure ever. Actual "massage settings" that feel like a real massage is what separates this product from the rest. I've use to own waterpik's for over 35yrs. The last waterpik i got sucked!
