I bought this little space heater for the winter for my outside dogs that stay in the garage. It heats up my entire 2 car garage , even in bitter cold nights. The swivel function is nice and a must have. I haven’t used the remote much but it does work. You can program several different settings- time settings as well as Temperature. Highly recommend for smaller spaces. I have also used it under my desk when I’m working, it gets super warm so even there I set it to low. Worth the money! ... show more

I, at first, but one of these units for my own use in my master downstairs bedroom in my 2400 ft² house. I try always to reduce my carbon footprint and, as I live alone, do not heat the entire house during the winter time. My master bedroom is quite large. However, this unit provides adequate heat during the night. I use it on low. I was sufficiently satisfied with its performance. So much so that I bought another to gift to my future mother-in-law in Bogotá, Colombia. She lives in an elevated neighborhood in the "cerros" on the outskirts of the city and is intolerant to the cold. She has a small bedroom where she lives with other relatives and this unit is more than adequate to accommodate her needs with minimal consumption of resources. There were, at first, problems with its function, the one I gifted to her when I was there, but those were resolved after troubleshooting with customer service. My fiancé and I needed a heater because our old one stopped working, so I went to Amazon and voila, I found this beauty. I will admit, I was skeptical at first but this is one of the best space heaters I have ever used, genuinely. (I've had it for a couple of months now) and I have got to say.. it was as easy as unpackaging and plugging it right in. There are a few buttons on the top, they arent actually push buttons but more like internal ones you press on and theyre sensitive to touch. You can control how hot or cold you want it as it has a temperature gauge system. A cool feature is that if it tips over or isnt completely flat, it will immediately completely turn off. There's no burnt/hot smell you get with the cheaper heaters, either. Theres no smell at all for me. It does emit a soft noise, but nothing overpowering and honestly, i forget its on most of the time because its so quiet. This heater is powerful, if I turn it up to 71-72 degrees, it will be HOT in the entire surrounding space in less than 15-20 minutes! I would HIGHLY recommend for the price and the performance is way better than I ever imagined for an Amazon space heater. ... show more
