To their credit, the company includes all of the necessary hardware, even an extra of each kind. The pieces did fit together. These are very nice looking chairs and comfortable BUT!! I put lots of furniture together so I’m not new to this. At first it was pretty easy but when you get to attaching the seat and the back it’s so crazy how the manufacturers decided to use one screw per side to attach them. I’m talking one screw that holds the back, hand rail and seat together on each side. How sturdy is that going to be first of all to expect one screw to hold up, but aligning the holes to get the screw in takes two people. That screw has to go through 3 very tight holes. Can’t recommend these chairs. Maybe I’m wrong and the screw will hold up but have my doubts. ... show more

This set of chairs is very nice and practical. It is applicable for indoors or gardens. The height of the backrest is also good for half sitting and half lying down. It is easy and quick to put together, and there are spare screws in case you are missing parts. The only small disadvantage is that there is a screw during the installation process. It couldn’t be tightened because the screw slot was a bit shallow. However, it was easily fixable because I replaced it with a shorter screw from my tool box and it was installed perfectly! This small error can be completely ignored. After installing it, I sat on it and felt It is very solid, safe and comfortable. The concave structure of the lower part of the chair is like a spring, and it feels like a rocking chair to me. This is the best feature of this chair. In short, I feel very good and satisfied for getting this product. ... show more

Firstly, I ordered Sophia and William High Back C-Patio Chairs. The boxes (2) I received said Phi Villa as well as the package insert. Why the difference? The instructions and screws (all were present) included an allen wrench and there is no way I could have put these together with that tool. Even with a power tool it took well over an hour as it is difficult to get the holes lined up right and the screws were difficult to thread. Once together, they appear sturdy and look nice except there is a wrinkle in the back. Additionally, there was a defect in one chair material where it looks as if the thread is loose. Not sure how, or if, I am going to address that. ... show more
