    • It's a clock, It's easy to see, easy to program, and works

I got this clock to install in my office. I originally had it on my desk, but decided to mount it on my wall. Both options work great for this clock, but it does take up quite a bit of space on your desk, as the clock is somewhat large. One thing I really like about this clock is that the numbers are large and easy to read. I like that it displays time, date, day of week and room temperature all on the same screen. The temperature readout seems to be accurate with this clock, too. Although I haven't seen it in action yet, this clock also is supposed to automatically adjust for daylight savings, which is a nice feature to have. This clock has an adjustable brightness so you adjust it to the rooms lighting. It's very easy to program, too. It also has timers built in, which I don't really use, but I tried them and they work. The alarm is pretty loud when it goes off - there doesn't seem to be an option to adjust the volume of the alarm. Overall, I'm happy with this clock. I ordered this for the visibility of a wall clock with big numbers, not any of the “gym” features. It has nice big size numbers that can be read across the room. Mine is white, and casts a lot of light, but there enough increments in the “dim” button to find the level I was happy with. Only issue is that if I wanto raise the light level, I have to keep pressing the one button until the screen goes down to dark, then it starts over at the high/brightest level. Not a problem once I founf the level I liked. Has an easel stand on the back, but also comes with two screws and a template for spacing the screws on a wall. It includes a remote and the power supply but uses two AAA batteries for backup (not included). The clock doesn’t display anything when the power is disconnected, but you will want to use the batteries to prevent having to re-set all the display options at every power outage. The odd thing is that remote does almost everything *except* set the alarm. That may not be a problem if you are using the easel stand, but I mounted mine on the wall and the two screws make it more of an effort to take it down, change the alarm (nice and loud, by the way) then re-mount the clock on the wall. If you don’t change the alarm often that might not be an issue, but I use different times for different days. As it is, I use my phone for the alarms and this clock to see the time. The clock has basic count up and down timer features and they work as expected wit the nice feature of direct entry of the time (as opposed to continuously pressing up or down to set the duration). The gym features include EMOM (Every minute on the minute), FGB (fight gone bad) and TABATA timing (apparently a version of interval training - 20 sec. intense, 10 sec. recovery). All of the gym modes display a “boxing round” number for each interval. I don’t have a space for in-home exercise (there is a 24 hour fitness just down the street), but if you want to start a home “Fight Club,” this is the clock for you – but you can’t talk about it… 😊 ... show more
