These are the best insoles I've ever used. Reduced my foot pain ten fold. They are a bit pricey but worth it. My insurance FSA covers them so check in to that if available to you.

Bought to resolve an issue with the left insole on a pair of size 10.5 Oboz Sawtooth hiking boots. The arch on the right boot was fine but the arch on the left boot was hitting me too far back towards my heel and made the boots uncomfortable. I tried these and they were significantly thicker than the Oboz insoles so they didn’t quite work. Ultimately sold the 10.5s and bought size 11s, which definitely improved the arch situation. Played around and decided to put these in the new 11s and, although they are still thicker than the original Oboz insoles, the arch now feels even better. Good product and had no issues heating them in the oven. I’d recommend trying the Medium thickness first, rather than the Thick, if using in hiking boots. ... show more

I bought these insoles because of my metatarsal on my left foot.I heat molded them to fit my feet and they feel great and help keep my left foot relatively pain free.Will definitely purchase again.
