    • Will not last 2 full months!!!
DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! We got this the last week of January. It charged up fine. It charged other devices by USB port or wirelessly quite well. But, I never got to use it more than about 10 times. The only issues I had with the quality of the product from the beginning was how short the charging cord is and the surface allows a device to slide off easily when using it for wireless charging. I used it for powering 2 devices, one with a cord and one wireless. I only recharged it 2 times. I had charged my phone 3 times since the last time I recharged it and the lights still indicated it had a full charge 2 days ago. Yesterday, it was completely dead. I plugged it in and it would not charge. I tried holding the start button to do the reset both when it was plugged in and when it was not. I am leaving it outside in the sun to see if it will try a solar charge, but so far there is no sign of life in this thing. I have another power bank that uses the same charging cord and was able to fully charge that one with the cord, so I know the cord works well. I tried reading through the customer support suggestions for troubleshooting. IT ACTUALLY SUGGESTED I CHANGE THE BATTERY IN IT!!! AM I CONFUSED??? I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BATTERY!!! My other power bank is several years old. It has less capacity, but it still works and it has suction cups for holding my phone in place for wireless charging. I will look for other chargers made by that company. I'm done with this brand. ... show more

I love this little solar bank charger. I put it by a window that gets full sun nearly all day. We live in Arizona,sun most of the time. Of course it can be charged by plug in. Then at night, I plug in my phone to charge it. My kindle would also work. The Light is very bright. We bought it as a back up in case of a power failure, which we never really have, but you never know. I find I use it all the time now. Very good price for what you are getting. I've got a pretty large phone and this power bank is the perfect companion for it. From full, I got close to five full charges, one of them wireless and the rest fast charging. The flashlight even came in handy when I least expected it. Haven't been able to try the solar charge with the cloudy weather, but that's just a side feature for me anyways. Lighter than it feels like it should be - I can hold it and my phone in one hand and not get sore using it. I sat with it in the direct rain and it didn't falter once in charging my phone. I have gone through a couple of dozen hard-used power banks, and this is the best I've used and at a great deal. Fully recommend! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Good afternoon. I ordered a lot of power banks from this seller, three of them turned out to be defective, two power banks stopped charging after being discharged. And one power bank came immediately discharged, and also does not charge. Most likely a factory defect. I took it to send to friends in Ukraine, but now there is no way to return it. This charge bank is awesome. I use mine a lot. Invan charge my phone multiple times. It has wireless charge capability and charge cable ports. Also can be recharged via cable or solar.     • Solid Unit But...
Decent build, good quality. It's light, too light. There is no where near the 38000mah it claims. I've had it for over a year and it works fine. But I used it for a phone charge here or there. Always stayed at 4 bars so I figure good enough. Recently I started charging my outdoor camera from this unit. I make sure it's fully charged and then charge the camera from it. The camera is 10,000mah. When charging the camera, I get about 80% an then the power bank shuts off and it blink as it's dead. Let's be nice and say there is some loss. This might be 10000mah unit, I'd expect it's closer to 8000mah. ... show more
