My husband and I stayed at a hotel and were so impressed with the pillows we took off the pillowcase to figure out what kind they were! These are it! Down alternative, without going flat. I like to tuck my arm under my head and mold the pillow around my neck. Perfect balance with a bit floppy, but still has structure. Totally worth the cost! *update* while the pillow remains disappointing, Sobel's customer service did not disappoint at all. They reached out after my review to ask what they could do to make things right. So I'm giving them a star for that. Description described the pillow as medium firm, but it's definitely closer to soft medium. My head sinks right through it. It also felt underfilled, there was so much free space. I was really looking forward to these pillows since they came so highly recommended. ... show more

This pillow is perfect for back sleepers, especially if you have back and neck issues like I do. However, I have been using my body pillow to sleep with, in combination with this pillow. But I have gotten such better sleep because of it! Side sleepers will do ok with this pillow, maybe if it flattens out a little over time it will be better for side sleeping. I was told these were the pillows used at disney hotels, which I loved during my stay, so I had to purchase one for home. ... show more

This pillow was initially great. Fluffy, firm, comfortable to lay on your side. Within a month it was completely different. It lost its fullness, your head sinks down through the filling. I tried fluffing it up and just got balled up filling in some parts, and nothing in the other. It became the quality of a pillow you would get at Big Lots. I received it in the beginning of February, and by the beginning of March, I have already started waking up with headaches and neck pain every day. It's unfortunate because I cannot return it, and I have had Sobel pillows in the past (around 2015) and they were much better quality. Whatever hotel you slept at that had these great Sobel pillows are not what's being sold to you on Amazon. Back to the drawing board I go.. ... show more
