I used this product as directed twice a day for three weeks (all the material in the dispenser) after three weeks I am not sure there was a perceptible difference in whiteness of my teeth. This product failed to meet the promise they make . Used for a month and only difference I saw was a purple tongue. Don’t waste your money .
