The cot itself is great! It’s long enough for me to lay comfortably I’m 5’8” and I don’t hang off. It’s also heavy duty as I’m almost 200 lbs and I don’t feel like I’m going to break it by moving around or getting up and down. The pad on the other hand is awful. It’s got no fluff to it. I do like that it has a pouch at the top to hold it into place as well as two elastic pieces at the bottom. It just is shown as a thick piece of fabric and it is far from that. So if you are getting this because it comes with a nice pad. That is not the reason to buy this cot. ... show more

After 2 1/2 months this cot broke in 2 places. The page says 30 day refund. I got this for a family member that is staying with us so we could fold it up and out of the way during the day. It was decent for about 2 months, then I noticed one spot was bent on one of the support bars, then one of the plastic parts was broken and leaning on that side. Then another spot broke on the bent support bar. It says it supports 900 lbs, my family member is 215 lbs, so I don't think it should've broke that quickly even with regular use. Spoke to customer service and they replaced the cot. They were quick to reply to find a solution. I think the support pieces should be metal and bigger instead of plastic and very small. It was hecka hard to unfold lol but its sturdy. The cot it comes with is comfy but It you might need to buy a thicker one for better sleeps.
