I use these every few years. Many reviews here mention the sensitive teeth issue. I have discovered that they work best at night before bed, so if they do become sensitive, you do not have to suffer through the day. Brushing your teeth at least twice a day with an electric toothbrush will keep your teeth mostly white. 😊 ... show more

    • Don't expect bright-white
Let me begin with - yes, I'll buy it again. And yes, I may recommend to friends, depending on their initial state and expectations. But, there's room for improvement: Expectations wise: My teeth were quite okay, to begin with, a bit ivory, and are now much less ivory but far from shining bright white. Ease of use: - It was fairly easy to use, but if you made a mistake, the strip would stick to itself, and you couldn't open it. So instead of adding 2 extra strips for different usage (promotions), they could add 2 extra spare strips. - For such a large box, you'd expect decent-sized instructions with a readable font. The box is, to my estimate, about 10 times the volume of the product, so there's plenty of room for a bigger leaflet. Crest people - you are on the right track. I've been using Crest White strips, irregularly, for 22 years. They keep my teeth white, don't taste bad, stay on, and are effective. The only downside is that they give me overnight cottonmouth if I use them anytime after dinner.

    • These work quickly
I love tea and of course it will stain anything including your teeth. After a dentist visit I noticed my teeth were not as white as I had hoped and remembered I had purchased these a bit ago. They go on well, do not slide around (though I keep thinking they are out of place) and after two days of using, my teeth are whiter. The strips stick to your teeth so you have to get a good grip to remove them once on and the taste is not pleasant. But it’s worth it as it only lasts a short while. Would recommend! ... show more

Lots of peroxide so I wouldn't use consecutively for a long time. But nice for nights out special days. My teeth are pretty white anyways, so didn't see a dramatic difference. I think you could brush with peroxide baking soda and get probably the same effect. But wanted to try.

I did not expect these to whiten my teeth so drastically in such a short amount of time! It took about 3-4 days to see results but the amazing thing is, they stay even if you don’t use the strips consistently. Amazing product, I’m so much happier with my smile!

They are very easy to use and they do work. They adhere securely and do not move around. They are not difficult to remove but may take more pulling than you might expect. Don't expect your teeth to look 'movie star' white, but I did see a definite improvement. However, they will not help for dentures or crowns. I used them once per day over a period of a month or so (I missed a few days) until the box was empty. They did not cause any sensitivity of my gums. I like colas too much and suspect my teeth were stained by years of drinking them. I do not smoke. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. ... show more
