I deal with sensitive teeth and Crest is one that has routinely made my teeth very sensitive, so this was a nice surprise when I tried it as it didn't cause any sensitivity. The tube must be twisted in order for the paste to exit the tube and brush onto your teeth. This was my first time trying an at home whitner and I was satisfied with the results received.
