Quality chair. Sturdy, easy to assemble. We use the massager several hours a day for months, it's excellent. It'd be better if there were a setting for just heat, no massage. I also hope this company makes a footrest to accompany the chair. When you pull the adjustment lever it will slam the backrest down. So make sure to stand up, hold the backrest firmly with one hand, and then pull the lever to adjust the seat. ... show more

    • Feeling the beat but not the heat
The large massage heads on this chair give you a good, deep massage without hurting you. There are two massage modes, one circular and one up-and-down. The two modes alternate when the massage is going, meaning you cannot just have one or the other. I would prefer being able to select one or the other or both, but that is not an option. The recline has good range for this type of chair and you can lean back a little or sit straight up, which works as leaning back too far would make the massage function painful. This is not the most comfortable chair for just sitting but it's not bad. I do have two issues with this chair. First, I cannot feel the heat on my back at all. There is a small amount on the back of the seat cushion, but that's it. That was a bit disappointing. Second, this is a small chair. When fully assembled, there is only 18" of space between the arms -- compared to 21" on an office chair. The seat height is only 16" from the floor -- compared to 17-20" on a standard office chair. These differences seem small, but they are noticeable if you are not a small person or you want to try to use this with a desk. With more heat this would be a very good chair, but as it is, it's just okay. ... show more

    • Massage pad component great - chair component - bad
This product basically comes in two pieces. One, a big cushion section which is basically the massage device. Two, a few pieces of wood that you attach the cushion to in order to create a chair. It's good that it comes in two pieces and I'll tell you why. The cushion section provides a pretty good massage. There are enough "kneading" components, you can set modes, speed, and also heating. It feels pretty good. The chair frame section is low quality wood that completely does not jive with the more 'modern' looking cushion. Put together it makes it look very tacky. For us, we tossed out the wood, and just kept the cushion, placing it directly on our couch. The cushion has enough structure so that it doesn't flop around, and you can get a pretty decent massage anyway. ... show more

I was pretty unsure about this chair at first but with a little testing it really came around, I warmed up to it pretty well. The look of it is awesome. The quality is awesome and I'm just happy with it overall. I really appreciate the value and sturdy construction of it. This works great! I've owned several massaging chairs over the years, but this one is much better than the others. And it is only a fraction of the weight. This chair manages to combine very light weight and easy foldability and storage with an excellent massage function. Also with heated seats that work great. No negatives. Plug in and use! nice chair, easy assembly. a bit too low to substitute an office chair unless you're over 6' tall. color combination could be better. descent pressure points. we'll see if it stands the test of time.
