This was a great product. I used in my car on the way to work and felt it did a great job of warming up my back prior to starting my shift. However, the heating mechanism is no longer working and I cannot return it. Would give it 5 starts if it still worked correctly.

This product does a great job of correcting posture and does it comfortably, although the vibrations are just that, just vibrations, massage feature is not that strong. It definitely makes my sitting experience more comfortable when sitting at the computer for some time.
