Positive: It is a low back support pillow, which it does offer that. The heat takes a few minutes, but you will feel it. Negative: the massaging vibrations are not that powerful. The massage options that are available on it are annoying rather than helpful. It’s just not strong enough to create any relaxation to the muscles. I recommend this for the support only.
