I’m on my feet all day causing my back, hips, and legs to ache. 30 minutes on this massager with heat takes away the aches (better than my previous mat). I use all four areas on hi intensity with heat, along with neck massager. The massage and heat ate very comfortable and does not hurt anywhere.

So far I’m happy. The mat is comfortable and not only lays out easy but compacts for storage easy. Many different settings with and without heat. Pillow can be removed.

    • This product is not that great
I only had the product less than a month. First the bottom of the foot 👣 massager didn't work and then the massager started making funny noises. I had to unplug the whole massager because it was running without it being on in which I thought was very strange. After that incident, the massager stopped working. It's horrible 😭. I have chronic pains that is non-stop 24/7 in my body from neck down to my foot. I was looking for something to help me sleep at night and help me relax a bit with these pain. ... show more

This one is exactly what I needed. It works very well. I have had these before. I used the previous one for almost one year. It was done for. I had a feeling I would need another one after using them every night almost. I got the insurance on the last one I believe. I hope so anyway. I got the extra insurance on this one as well. My partner was super excited to get this for me because I suffer from back pain and bilateral hip pain pain. The neck portion Of this is amazing it really massages your neck, wonderfully, however, the back portion and the hip portion, doesn’t really do anything but a low vibrate. We were under the impression that there would still be rotating massaging in the back and lower body portion, but there’s not it also states that it is a heating pad, but it does not get hot at all. may be a little warm. It’s not very noisy and seems to be made well, but Not good for pain relief. Unless it’s just your neck which at that point you could just get a neck massager. ... show more
