Update: the company reached out and offered a replacement. Great customer service. Hopefully that was a one off as it really was a great blender. Worked great for about a month. Then today, was blending a banana, yogurt, pb2, almond milk and 2 ice cubes it stopped working. The motor seems to be working but the piece on the base that connects to the blade piece is completely stripped out so doesn’t spin the blade. It should last longer than a month. ... show more

After ordering and returning 2 different blenders, I found this one on my 3rd try. 3rd times a charm. It does what it says, description was accurate, which was a problem I had with one of the others. One would not blend frozen berries. This machine is great! Powerful! I've used it for my smoothies, and my husband has used it to make raspberry vinegarette salad dressing, and that is where the cover came in handy. I truly hope this withstands the test if time.
