Honestly very impressed with this. I am a regular gym goer m-f. I can hit everything I need to on this thing. Have not had any issues besides the bar wiggles and is kind of a panic when your trying to lock it back in place on a heavy bench. I have not gone over 275lbs on its bench yet. Waiting on more plates to show up. The only thing I’d say is not the best is the chest fly system it has. You still get a good burn and pump but I think they should have put more of a swing arm style on it. I will put more info on bench when I get more plates but it’s doing just fine with 275lbs. I would recommend holder weights to keep the machine in place once you get over 200lbs. I use some of my old 1inch plates to keep it from acting up by putting them on the spot where you store plates. Everything came in on time. I thought this item would be a perfect size for the space I have as it is not as big as a cage. My husband put it together in a couple of hours. I am enjoying my work outs!

First day of uses and the plastic piece that holds the weights on the bar cracked. I tried to find the company and they never responded. Unacceptable.

I bought this work out station , and it’s missing parts and when I’m trying to bench over 200lbs it tilts on me . I have to counter weigh it by adding p Weight plates to the back … over all it works for me

    • Great for beginners and intermediates!
I've been using this for a couple months now so it's probably been long enough for me to write something about it. It wasn't too hard to set up and the instructions seemed fairly straightforward most of the time. I haven't put more than 200lbs on the bar yet, but the system handles that just fine. My only minor gripe with the machine so far has been that the side rails allow the bar to move far enough to the side sometimes that I can't lock it in place with the hooks easily, which is only really an annoyance when I'm gassed and need to stop NOW. If it had even 1/8th of an inch less play side to side I don't think that would happen. The weight of the bar is 11.8lbs, though once you add all the attachments that lock it to the rails and the olympic sized plate adapters the weight of the bar goes up to around 23lbs. ... show more
