I've had these 3 great bamboo cutting boards and stand for about 6 months. They've worked very well and look good on my countertop. I've treated them with organic cutting board oil which has kept them coated so no food stains and they still look like new. The stand just started to separate so reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and instead of sending just another stand that I had requested they sent me another complete set that I had originally purchased. And this entire process took about a week.
