I’ve had this pad for about two weeks now. So far so good! My teenager was able to assemble it rather quickly without any complications. The noise when turning on the machine and increasing/decreasing the speed is a loud beep(s), but other than those noises the machine is pretty quiet when walking on it. Without connecting with Bluetooth, the pad shows you the time spent walking, your speed, distance, and calories. The maximum speed is one I haven’t used yet, but I’ve been able to do a slow run on it at 3.2 mph. The pad is a bit narrow and short, so it took me a few times using it before I felt comfortable not to lose my balance. Apparently I’m not as much of a straight walker as I thought. The power cord is not very long, so I have had to use an extension cord. So far I love it. It’s exactly what I was hoping for so I can maintain some physical activity at home in the cool air! ... show more

Two weeks in and the roller belt is messed up. It is jammed up on the left side and there is nothing I can do to fix it. It is also very noisy. It makes a really loud shrill noise when it comes on and every time the speed is increased. It is too heavy for me to box up and try to return so I have just wasted a hundred bucks. Very easy to operate and speed is great to adjust. No heating, however, the size is a bit small, it could have been great 10/10 if walking pad could be a bit long.

It leaves black residue all over my floors even after I oiled it, and the worst part of it all is that it makes this loud “Beeeeeep” sound when I turn it on or when restart it. It’s none adjustable sadly, and not as quiet as claimed. Other then that it is a good source of indoor cardio, but you lose your progress when you pause and take a break longer than a half a minute. ... show more

    • The belt is not centered and impossible to align
I purchased a “used—like new” one for environmental reasons. (The cost was almost the same: I saved one whole dollar!) Now neither the original seller nor Amazon will provide sufficient customer service. I studied the manual, got some generic advice from the original seller (they had me send in a video and photos and jump through all kinds of hoops only to tell me it’s not their problem because I purchased from Amazon when I had stated right away and repeatedly that I had), googled the problem and watched online videos, but could not fix it. The screw that one is supposed to turn is completely and tightly stuck and doesn’t budge. I see another customer reports the same problem. I’m guessing whoever had returned my unit to Amazon did do for that very reason. It seems unethical that Amazon just resells a unit like that, maybe not deliberately but possibly because the people inspecting returns aren’t experts on exercise equipment. Still, I’m stuck with a walking pad I cannot use and that is too heavy for me to repackage and return. I have terminal cancer and live on the second floor, no elevator. I had paid a neighbor to help me bring the unit up. It’s actually almost impossible to repackage anyway since it has heavy-duty plastic bands holding the box together; regular packing tape won’t work. This thing weighs a ton. Very, very disappointed.
